Here are the tips in short form. 1. Plan Ahead... 👉 ...for the next island 👉 ...for the next seasonal set 👉 ...for the next available decorations 👉 ...for your temporary layout as well as your long term goals. 2. Purchase Decorations Wisely 👉 Don't buy decorations you don't like just to advance. Save up for better decorations and seasonal set items. (Play mastered scenes for more coins) 👉 Replace low flower count decos with similar higher count items (think bridges, vegetable path, certain trees, etc.) 👉 Don't depend on purchasing decorations only, but make use of Jack for flowers, side events and challenges that give decorations and flowers, and upgrading buildings/landmarks. 3. Know When to Store/Sell Decorations 👉 Avoid selling decorations unless they have a low flower count. 👉 Store several lower decorations at the same time that equal the amount of one higher level decoration that is about to complete. (only do this if you need to clear space for new decorations. I store on the next island I'm clearing first before using this option.) 👉 Keep duplicates/unsalable decorations on your boat and only put them out to clear mist or advance then return them to the boat. ***Also, I forgot to mention a thank you to Bill Yep for the full Seasonal Set decorations image.***
I just started June's Journey in August so the only island I have is Orchid Island. I m looking forward to opening up the other islands. that seems so exciting! I'm wondering what is the maximum amount that can be stored in the ship?I use the ship to store Halloween item and take them back and forth when I need to advance in the game and definitely want to keep them.
I unfortunately did not start planning ahead!! Haha! I am trying, but have some mess to clean up. Do you have a video about the club cases? It seems that the more you play the scenes, the higher the cost for each try and the fewer points you receive. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks so much for taking the time for noobs like me!!
No, you are correct. That's how Club Mysteries works. I do have a video in the Beginner Basics Playlist about Club Mysteries. Basically, they start you out at 9 badges per play, then you quickly move up from there. As far as completing sections of a sector it goes 10% per play for the first section, up to 8% per play for the second section, and then only about 6% per play for the third section. So, you need a significant amount of badges to complete a 3 section sector. The key is having plenty of regular energy and calling for backup from teammates to give yourself more time.
@LadyCadenceIsland I was just thinking... what do you mean by regular energy? I have only ever had 1/2 an hour for each scene, but I see that some have 7 or 8 hours. Does this mean that they have thousands of lightning bolts in the regular game?
You can call for backup if you are running out of badges and near the end. Each player can give you an additional 10 minutes to your completion time. This allows you to earn more badges through regular gameplay, hence the need for regular energy.
@annielapointe1050 The items in the dejavu shop are the same for everyone. However, they add extra items that are made available when you complete the album. Again, those extra items are the same for all who have finished, too.
@LadyCadenceIsland did you finish the memoirs? Not me yet and i only have a yellow cadillac type of car and the tree with the squirrel.. i wish i had more choices as i saw in your video! 😃

You can store an unlimited amount of decorations on the boat. Best of luck to you!
