    • @TheBudgetDermatologist
      @TheBudgetDermatologist  2 года назад +4

      lol yes that adds up!! I would not use every night. I think I mentioned at one point in the video I would do this the night before photoshoot, interview, a big event, or when you are just trying to look your best! so that is how I would use these...occasional use! Exactly how you use the acne patches from this brand...occasional use on a singular new inflamed pimple - it should not be your entire acne routine you try to do nightly! if that makes sense!!

  • @Katz_Pajamas
    @Katz_Pajamas 4 месяца назад

    If you have indentions from them when you wake up it might be that you're not applying them correctly and you're just going to make the wrinkles in the area worse or create more wrinkles eventually. I think the whole point of these is when you're applying them you're supposed to relax and stretch out the wrinkles to where they're flattened out and invisible then you apply the patch firmly then let go, that way the skin under the patch is not wrinkled up. It teaches the little nerves and muscles in those areas to not make as many involuntary movements at rest and over time it really does help with expression lines. It won't do much for superficial wrinkles from sun damage, dry skin or simply loss of collagen. But it does help with the deeper expression wrinkles. And she's obviously straining her eyebrows up a bit in the before picture which makes those lines show up You can clearly see the arch in the eyebrow. The second picture is fully at rest.
