Hell yea dude!!! Great play thu, loved the journey to git good! As much as I wanna see an elden ring play through, I think I wanna see you do lies of P first.
Thanks bro this game was one of the hardest yet most satisfying games ever and the last few bosses were among some of the best ever created imo. Thanks for tagging along this journey!
20:43 That's not how you counter that move. Well, it works, but it's not optimal. If you get close to him while he's charging it, he'll change it to a slash and a sweep. The slash + sweep is easier to counter, and you also deal more posture damage to him. This is the game's rewarding players who play aggressively (bc most people wouldn't dare approaching a charging enemy). Both versions of Isshin have this behavior. I'm kinda disappointed you didn't figure it out after fighting him twice.
Hey Legend thanks for the advice! Honestly he has so many move sets and combos that it was a bit much to keep everything remembered. But hey we got the job done in the end! Thanks for your continued support and tips man you indeed are a legend!
Inner Father?? I already had a terrible time with Regular Father Owl lmao... I Just beat Inner Genichero today, but do i have to beat Inner Isshin just to unlock Inner Father Too? Now that seems like a challenge lol
@@TheLegendaryEddy you need to do the shura ending and have defeated the demon of hatred, you also have to do the second bell to do the true hirata estate and fight owl (father) and THEN the shura gauntlet appears and the last fight will be inner father
@@TheLegendaryEddy CONGRATS!!! Beating inner Genichiro is a milestone. If you hate the Demon of Hatred i personally think you should cheese it to get to Inner Father faster. The Shura skin is really really worth it.
Well done. I too think that Owl Father is worse than Sword Saint Isshin. Im currently on NG+ 3 and I skipped Owl Father everytime after beating him in NG, which I only did for the platinum trophy. Personally, I really enjoyed playing Elden Ring after beating Sekiro. Even tried Bloodborne after that, but I didnt like it at all. Very overrated in comparison to the masterpiece that Sekiro is!
Im already on a NG+ just for my own fun and yea i think I'm gonna skip that boss also lol. I personally love Bloodborne but so Elden Ring is the only Fromsoft game I have Yet to Play
@@TheLegendaryEddy Yeah, I think Im gonna play atleast until NG+ 7, just to test all the enemies at their maximum stats. However, I must admit that Im a bit scared to face Great Shinobi Owl and the Sword Saint, as I was told that they are much harder at NG+ 6 and beyond. I assume it would be a good idea to make a backup save in case things get too much out of hand. As for Elden Ring, Im on NG+ 4 and its still fun, despite being overall inferior to Sekiro by quite a bit. Having the ability to play different builds and fun spirit summons like the Mimic Tear makes up for it though. You wont regret it!
@@TheLegendaryEddy I still have a long way to go in terms of mastering the combat system. Despite also having fear of the bosses increased stats I still cant resist the urge to test my skills. The combat is just too addictive. Im sure you will also reach NG+ 7 at some point. Hesitation is defeat!
Im not recording them cause it's mostly me dying, but the gauntlets are killing me right now bro lol. I cant seem to beat Inner Isshin. But i just finished NG+ in like a quarter of the time it took my first NG. in retrospective this game is actually pretty short
Great play through! Can’t wait for the next one 🤘🏼🙌🏼
Thank you soo much! Can't wait for the next playthrough and to see you there as well!
This was my FIRST souls game back in 2019.
What a game to start off your Fromsoft catalogue! This is ranked amongst the most difficult
Best souls game
I will admit right now it’s favorite Fromsoft game, the combat system is definitely the most satisfying
my goat mr eddy
Thanks Legend! And also thank you for seeing this playthrough to the end! Lmk which game I should suffer through next!

Eddy is back, what took ya:)?
Busy with the holiday and i got sick for about a week! I still sound sick in the video lol but I had to upload this asap.
You HAVE TO beat inner father, it's the best fight in the game

You sure are alot braver than I lol, I don't think I would be able to handle the end game bosses at NG that high up lol. Indeed a Legend
