MY OWN GRAVE !!! This is definitely one of my favorite tracks to play and it always goes hard live! The foot patterns in this tune are super nasty as well, had to break out some heel up doubles on the right foot to keep things on the down beat. I do a bit of the same tactic during the bouncy parts with the upbeat kick on the left foot, always leading with the right to lock it in!
I've got a few more songs from @asilaydying's album "Shaped By Fire" in the queue, looking forward to honing in on tracking some of the older stuff soon!

Buddy Rich would have approved Mr Pierce's Traditional grip..........You either swing a band or don't swing a band and that's what's lacking today.. There aren't any guys who get back there and play with any kind of guts.
