  • Welcome back to the podcast guys and thanks for joining me on episode 8. Today we are joined with 20 year old Dylan Lombard. One of only 15 people in the word diagnosed with a very rare condition known as MDP, a condition which prevents the storage of fat cells primarily affecting the face, arms and legs giving Dylan his unique appearance. Along with MDP Dylan also has autism.
Dylan discusses his life up until now, from wearing a mask over his face to hide from the world and dealing with school bullies and internet trolls, to learning to love and accept himself for the unique and talented person that he truly is. Dylan has the most unique and inspiring energy and I found myself smiling in his presence throughout both on and off camera.
Dylan has not let MDP and autism define him, he is a successful photographer, dancer, content creator and influencer using his substantial social media following to raise awareness for those with facial differences around the world. His daily messages of kindness and positivity capture so many peoples attention and admiration and I promise after listening...you will know exactly why.
Expect to learn the true meaning of life and acknowledge a lesson in the value of perspectives.
