Pan Am Jointed Rail Action

This video focuses on a couple of my favorite locations to see trains pass on the former MEC. As far as old infrastructure and equipment goes, the former Maine Central is definitely the place to see a lot of that. Who knows how much longer we’ll be able to enjoy this ‘old school’ style of railroading with the CSX takeover.
Locations are Library Ave in Auburn and Barrel Shop Road in Greene. All of the train symbols were RUPO (Rumford, ME - Portland, ME) during 2021 and 2022.

Its dead now. One of the idiot engineers took it the whole way from Waterville to Rigby on WAPO with the coupler/draft gear completed detached from the frame, which bent the pilot of the unit like 6 inches.
