Big finish made 8 my all time favorite. And his performance in the TV movie is great.

Great video. We can never give enough love to the 8th Doctor. Paul was robbed of having potentially the most popular incarnation. There is no doubt in my mind that he would of surpassed Tom Baker if he was given a proper run on TV in his prime. I get why he was skipped in 2005, but I'll never understand why he's barely been used ever since. Makes no sense.

This is great! I would love to see a video on the timeline of the eighth doctor that goes through his companions and a simplified version of his overall story. Of course, that would be very long, but it would be a nice way to establish how everything fits in the timeline.
    Cool video.

I do have big plans for the 8th Doctor down the line. More deciding how to execute it. Like you said, his era is pretty extensive and putting in one video would be WAY TOO LONG.

@@_TJProductions It would be amazing to see a series of videos called 'The Complete Timeline of the Eighth Doctor' that you split into multiple parts. This is just an idea.
Part 1 - The Beginning (the TV Movie, the first half of EDAs, first half of DWM comics- companions: Sam, Fitz, Izzy). Apparently, his comic travels with Izzy take place around here too, so you could include that)
Part 2 - The Further Travels (The second half of the EDAs The final DWM comics - companions: Fitz, Compassion, Anji, Trix, Destrii)
Part 3 - The Darker Days (The Big Finish Audios up to 'To the Death' - Companions: Charley, C'rizz, Lucie, Tamsin. I've not included Mary Shelley as it directly contradicts the events of 'The Haunting of Villa Diodati' so it's widely considered to be an alternative timeline, which is what is said on the official Doctor Who webpage for Mary Shelley, but it's up to you. Hell, these are all just ideas, do what you want lol.)
Part 4 - Pathway to the Time War (All the Big Finish Boxsets, from Dark Eyes to Stranded. Companions: Molly, Liv, Helen, Tania)
Part 5 - Regeneration and the Time War (All the Eighth Doctor Time War Big Finish stuff and of course 'Night of the Doctor'. Companions: Cass (I guess?) and Josie (idk who this companion is but she turns up in a comic set in this point of the timeline so you may as well include it.)
I would do a series like this myself, but I don't know enough about the actual stories, unlike you. So yeah, just an idea on how you could format a series like this.
bradleybasement.wordpress.com/sci-fi/doctor-who/doctor-who-timelines/the-doctors-timelines-index/the-eighth-doctors-timeline/ this is the website I used for my research on this, it's really useful along with TARDIS wiki of course.

I love this! Another 8th doctor fan I see. I made a short video about all 8th doctor media, but this is better than mine by far. I would have killed to have this video when i was 11.

The only EDA I've read was Hope, but one day I do intend to change that once I collect the rest but right now, by accident, I'm rather preoccupied with collecting all of the Second Doctor's prose stories - I almost have them all (excluding the Telos Novellas! - and my next target on the hunt is VMA The Dark Path which follows almost if not exactly directly on from VMA Twilight Of The Gods according to the EyeSpider Guide I follow for continuity to help my ordering of my collection. The Terrence Dicks PDA. World Game is going to be a bigger challenge though I think as it can range as more costly on eBay than even The Dark Path. Anyway, as for the EDAs, as I said I read Hope and I still own it along with The Crooked World which I haven't read yet (blame Venusian Lullaby for holding me up from 2016-2022 as I was keen during the second hiatus of the show to read all of my book collection at the time to make up for no episodes to watch when I wasn't revisiting my Classic Series VHS tapes and DVDs). The ones I am most keen on reading are The Eight Doctors, Vampire Science, The Year Of Intelligent Tigers, Mad Dogs And Englishmen, Sometime Never..., The Tomorrow Windows and The Gallifrey Chronicles. The final three there are particularity of special interest. I am just getting settled into listening to Big Finish with what I have featuring 2 with Jamie & Zoe (from an older Zoe's p.o.v. as her memory wipe of likely many begins to wear off), 5 with Nyssa in Dalek Empire and 7 travelling alone in Return Of The Daleks but nothing of 8 just yet.

For eight doctor time war, I’d highly recommend Palindrome/boxset volume 4 for people by big finish, it’s a bit wibbly wobbly timey wimey, but the stories provided (especially palindrome) are fantastic imo.
