Well dang! This brings me back, waaaaay back when I used to do Flight Simulator (I think it was 2000) with an actual ATC Tower Multiplayer server. Flying ILS's from O'Hare to the otherside of the country. Those were the days... Those were the days..

Can't believe for the price of the game they could not have used more realistic pilot voices.
Or even add in more basic terms like cross the runway or even say the winds for landing clearances

I just got back into flight sim and downloaded FXS-Steam Edition. I'm a bit rusty... this game here looks pretty awesome, but it might be a while before I can get it. You just make it look so smooth, Jeff.
Just so you know, airline call signs should be stated in group form. For example: AAL19 “American Nineteen, pushback approved” Or UAL566 “United Five-Sixty Six, contact...” and finally; DAL4367: “Delta forty three sixty seven, cleared to...” Only non-airline aircraft callsigns are stated with their numbers individually.

To change the runway of the arrivals just say "Enter Final Runway ", there are some planes with speed lower than the one behind it so they will collide and you will lose points! You just need to know wich planes are those.

Love these Tower!3D Pro gameplays! I would get the game, but I'm working towards getting Project Cars 2 to play with you during streams! I wanna suggest Infinite Flight. It'll be nice if they get the LAX gates updated with the new config, I'll have to pick this up shortly for long winter nights.

Jeff to do intersection departures you have to say the runway at intersection.. for example "Runway 7L AT T Taxi via C"

Like watching Jeff play. Really want the game, but sadly the price is prohibitive, especially as extra airports and real airlines and colours are an additional cost PER airport. Just too much.
Try Airport madness 3d on Steam its a lot cheaper and while the graphics aren't as good it's still a great and very addictive game, Jeff has a few videos of it

sponsered hahah, im glad they paid someone to play this. MAybe you could tell them to include more OPTIONS! ie arrivals only, better voices, i mean they could even use recordings of random pilots >>>!!!! its all online allready! im glad you said how to move the view, its seriously annoying and non intuitive controls as well. they need to include some sort of intelligence to the aircraft too or at least include hold short commands, or line up behind waiting/taxiing aircraft.

Mason Pepper there's a similar game "Unmatched Air Traffic Control". The downside: No voice recognition, not real airports are used. Upside is real liveries, more than 15 types of aircrafts: B737-B787, A320-A380, and some other small airplanes.

Hey Jeff! Will you consider doing the morning shift from 0800-1045 at KLAX with 24L/25R departures and 24R/25L arrivals? Pretty sure the Qantas A380 comes in during that time along with Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia.

I"ve spent 2 days trying to get this damn game to work. Won't recognize any speech. Considering the number of people in forums with the same issue, Feel Free should post disclaimers that the game may not work. So pissed
Did you try going through the voice recognition setup in windows? This game just uses that and you have to train it to k ow your voice. Also running as admin has resolved some of those issues
2 days..approx. 14 hours...at least 10 windows recognition sessions...2 reinstalls...AND IT FINALLY STARTED WORKING!! Unbelievable...never experienced anything like this set up. I was ready to smash everything! lol. But..we're flying now!! I didn't even know about this game until I saw your vids. Thanks.

Hey Jeff, I know this isn’t LSPDFR or GTAV related but you are the most educated guy with this stuff, I want to play vanilla gta online but I want to play LSPDFR with plugins and ELS and maybe FiveM servers, without buying two copies, how would I make it possible to play gta online while still being able to play lspdfr and such when I’m on in online.
Go into your directory where GTA V is downloaded, Copy and paste the entire game - install everything you want to the copy and everytime you want to switch in between the 2 just change the modded one to "Grand Theft Auto 5" aka back to what the original is named and change the other one to something you can identify it as like "GTA 5 (lcpdfr/mp).
Joshua Rojekk so create two copies of the game, rename one to be modded and put the mods in there, and if I want to play modded I swap the vanilla game directory with the modded one in steam/steamapps/common?
Yep pretty much, For example my modded one is named "Grand Theft Auto V - lcpdfr" and my default is the original, So when i want to play i just rename the original or multiplayer one to "Grand Theft Auto V - clean" and the modded one to the original and vise versa to change it back. i would say you don't need to change the name but i'm almost 100% sure that the rage plugin used by LCPD:FR and other plugins launches the game via Steam and not by the .exe like GTA 4 did.
Am I the only one noticing that the wind direction does not match the runway landing/takeoff directions? Or does the game ignore this?

Unfortunately, I bought this the day before I saw this video. So, didn't get to purchase through your link. (Did click it anyway).
Steam was at 1/2 price for the base game the day I went shopping.. While I agree that the price is high, I am enjoying the game and it was your first few videos that sold me.
The base game is in color and it does not decrease the enjoyment to use the base names.
The base game schedules are fine. If I keep playing it, it will become worth it to get the real schedules and real names or all the other airports, but for now, still a fun game.
One problem with the SP2 version I am playing, when I bunched up the takeoffs I did not get warnings about all the penalties I was accruing and when I glanced at the score, and it said minus 5000, I was so disappointed. I looked in the history and there was nothing about the negative scores and there were no collisions or bells or supervisors coming over to berate me. So, while I assume it was because of a failure to keep adequate separation in the air or perhaps on the ground takeoff roll starting before the first a/c cleared the end of the runway, I have to wonder.
For now, I spread them out by 1000 feet vertical or 5 mile horizontal and for the past 20 takeoffs, no more secret quiet penalties.

No, but there is a pretty decent atc game called unmatched air traffic control that is on iOS

Black Sheep That's why I only ever buy Train Sim DLC when it's on sale, but I play it a lot less these days compared to Open Rails and Run 8 anyway.

$30-50 for base game (3 airports), $18-20 for additional airports, I don't think so. Interesting game but no way is it worth more than $15 for base, $35 pro. Along with it should come with more than 3 airports. Fun to watch Jeff play it but screw those greedy devs.
