There seems to be a confusion with the resurrection and transmigration. Our true identity is that of a spiritual being which never dies; but appears to die after every lifetime. This apparent death enables us to be have reborn into another physical life, time and time again. There seems to be a myth about the resurrection of Jesus who appeared to have died on the cross, because another myth was then needed to account for his physical disappearance; as he did disappear after the crucifixion. Either that or so much evidence was lost in the scriptures.
Our Lord Jesus did not disappear after His crucifixion He was in fact brought down from the cross bodily and lifeless. On the 3rd day He appeared to many as evidence that He resurrected and was alive, stayed here on earth 40 days in glorious body.Bodily death is the first death but our spirit continues to live for temporal judgement right after and when our Lord comes back our eternal judgement in bodily mode.
Yes. JWs do not believe that Jesus rose in the body in which in died. In fact, that don't know what happened to the body, but they "know" that Jesus is now, again, Michael the arch angel. What you hear from Dr. Carson is the biblical position.
@@jeffdowns1038 thank you. Yes it is. I had someone in my life that was a JW. She left after not being able to convince me. It was sad. I would have liked to stay friends but I knew that she wouldn't stay. I would meet with her as she thought she was teaching me. As I hoped my questions would make her question her understanding of the bible and Jesus. At that time I didn't understand the depth of control a cult has on people. I didn't even know that JW watch tower was a cult. I only had realized they were so lost by the stuff she tried to tell me the bible taught. But now I know a lot more.
@@jeffdowns1038 Jesus quantifies he was in the same body, although now made immortal. "But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe. 26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them. Jesus cometh, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and see my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and put it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing". John 20:25-27 (ASV)
None of those examples were of a resurrection. The term resurrection has only happened once and that was Jesus following His death on the cross. The specifics of the resurrection body must be of flesh and bone animated by the Holy Spirit and Jesus is the only one, the first born among many brethren. The others were raised from the dead to die again but Christ was raised in a glorified body, like believers will receive at either the judgement seat of Christ or at the end of the Millennium per 1 Cor 15.51/52. Our resurrected body will be like that of Christ but not at the rapture, else no grave would have to open. Christ in me the hope of glory (a glorified/spiritual body).
Honest people won't deny the fact that man made Allah, the God of the Bible, Romulus, Zalmoxis, Osiris, Krishna, Zeus, Satan, Bible, Quran, heaven, hell, angles, Garden of Eden, Adam & Eve, sin, savior, sacrifice, resurrection, parting the Red Sea, walking on water, splitting the moon, Santa Clause, Tooth Fairy, Superman, Batman, Darth Vader, etc.

Is there a difference in the resurrection beliefs of JWs and Christians beliefs in the resurrection?

Angels ressurect the same day and month of birth + same life path
Dragons ressurect the same day and month of death + same life path
No idea what you're trying to point out with the nonsense you've put there 😂
Wdym by same life path
Totally foolish. Resurrect yourself from this story and be the god you were born to be. Be you! Be gay straight or whatever you like. U R GOD.
