I think they did a great job, the property looks great as well as the interiors. I’m not sure though would you really want to live underground. I think it’s a niche property that advertises to a select few.
curious how the piping system would work in a property like this. Usually its all gravity-based. Toilet flushing, sinks, showers - going straight into an underground waste shaft/channel. Since this property is even lower than where the drainage system would be.....
We live in a house with little views apart from the top floor. Id never do it again. We really lack energy/motivation living here I couldnt imagine it there

A gorgeous prison! You’ll need to see a psychiatrist in a year or two. Make sure you have enough vitamin D supplements. You also have a great chance of getting osteoporosis. The most dangerous part is breathing the radon gas leaking through the cracks which causes lung cancer. It’s found in the basement areas of every home, let alone your home occupies the entire underground space.

This is awful. You would have to get ready for work with all the blinds on the skylight closed- so no natural light at all. Then when opened you have speckled light from the dirty leaf covered ground above. It looks like a footballers wife decorated it. The velvet walls and the row of pendulous lights in the kitchen- the very depths of bad taste. Looks perfect for a pimp with dubious extra curricular 'hobbies'.
