😂 bloody love this show! Kia ora from New Zealand! Had to laugh when she mentioned our own (Dame) Kiri Te Kanawa "Kiri tickoo-waa-nah" 😂, so many great lines from this whole series.
This episode mentions Jill Dando (An English journalist, television presenter and newsreader), who was shot dead on her doorstep back in 1999. The killer remains unknown.

I love the humour in this show too.
I think it would be just as enjoyable if you didn't know James Dreyfuss or Kathy Burke. I had seen Kathy loads of times before, but in this, she just IS Linda. I had never seen James before, my first time watching Thin Blue Line was with you, and I just kept seeing Goody as Tom 😂
Suze is annoying, but she's meant to be, so that's good acting.
I'm loving rewatching this again, it's been a long time, but it's just as good as I remembered.

"Goody" trying to talk Cockney, and be hard was the highlight of this episode for me! "Listen, darlin', you might be knockin' 80, but you're gonna get a bunch a" fives, a'right!" *breaks hand on mirror* 😂🤣 That slayed me! Great reaction as usual, I'm thoroughly enjoying checking this series out too!
He was speaking Cockney lol, but youtube keeps deleting the joke I made.....I only wrote it phonetically,

Cockney was what I meant to say, dunno what made me say Scouse, I'm an absent minded idiot at times. lol Though early in the episode, he seems to speak everything except Cockney. I saw a commercial for this on the bbc in 1999 and followed it from episode 1... it always aired on friday I believe, I taped it and then friends came to watch it on mondays after school 😆 so funny... what great chemistry they had. Series 3 is a lot less funny to me though although the ending is hilarious. Series 2 probably is my favorite. So great you're watching this!

Still funny to this day, and even funnier maybe, there's a few lines in there that wouldn't be allowed today because there's about 6 ultra sensitive people in the whole world who are offended at everything and so force every single new show or movie to be bland and dull with no character at all... but at lease those 6 people feel great, so it's all worth it in the end.

Thia was always brilliant and you have so much more to enjoy, looking through uve already seen the vicor of dibly, but there is also bottom, the young ones, prorridge, some mothers do have them, keeping up apearances, are you being served, only fools and horses, kevin and perry, ali g, goodness graceous me, black adder, mr bean, absolutly fab, garth merangies dark place (as you can see i cant spell) red dwarf, little brition, peep show. There is so meny great shows x - you mention the thin blue line but a cleaver show was drop the dead donky - was the only show that was inline with the current news of the time.
