I was looking into these lipsticks and wanted to see swatches, and I came across this baby Jessica video! I stared watching you maybe 3 years ago, and I haven’t seen many of your old videos. I feel like I just time traveled.
And yes, I did crack up that even 5 years ago you were saying “a store near me called Meijer.”
Cherries in the Snow was one of the original shades marketed by Revlon, from the 40's or 50's I think! (It was also my first lipstick)
I feel like these are so underrated! Revlon has an amazing formula, berry haute is my all time favorite lipstick!
Unpopular opinion ? I think Revlon lipsticks are better than high end and other low end lipsticks. They are so smooth and beautiful and make your lips pop out even without a liner. I love them!
I recently tried one of these because of your recommendation. The one I bought is called "Sassy Mauve" and it's a GREAT neutral color, not too bright, not too dull, love it. Thanks!

Jessica, the shines are awesome. Kind of sheer and shiny but with a lipstick texture- not like a lipgloss. My favorite is Pink Cloud for a no make up-make up day. Pink in the Afternoon looks great on you. I have it and it's one of my favorites as is 5th Avenue Red, which may have been limited edition. Thanks for sharing your collection!
Oh my goodness, is there any more fun or gratifying drugstore experience than buying a new Revlon lipstick??? I've been buying and LOVING THEM for 40 years! Just the best there is, an iconic classic!!!
My favorite shade is "Pink in the afternoon" because Audrey Hepburn wore this lipstick for the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's"😍

I've been wearing Revlon lipstick since the late 60s:) Always a favorite of mine. I was so obsessed with Revlon in my 20s that I even had a book about Charles Revson; I think it was called Fire and Ice. Absolutely fascinating. Years and years ago, Revlon did a quarterly color campaign bringing out new colors for lips and nails. Of course, I'd collect those and had dozens. I wish they still did that. I loved those gorgeous displays they'd put in the stores!
I have loved revlon lipsticks forever. I have several of the shades you mentioned. My favorite shades are primrose and berry haute. These are the workhorses of lipsticks, not showy but beautiful and the formula has stayed the same for years. They all look gorgeous on you. Thanks for sharing.
I have two shades and they're actually my first lipsticks! I got them as gifts from my sister. They're in the shade "Mauve it Over" and the one you have, "Cherries in the Snow". Love them and they're both nicely pigmented! I feel like these are classic lipsticks and will be around for an even longer time! Thanks for the swatches and review :)

In high school ( 1995), my favorite shade was Wine with Everything. It was my everyday shade and in true 1990"s fashion, I used brown lip liner with it ..lol
I appreciate how you continue to be down to earth unlike other beauty gurus and how you continue to do drugstore videos because now in days a lot of beauty gurus go more for high end and forget completely about drugstore, keep up the great work :)
I got Berry Haute and Primrose. They are both in the crème formula, which I love as well as the colors! I tried Pink Pout, but didn't care for the matte formula. I hope that I can find Pink in the Afternoon because that color looks gorgeous on you! Peach Me is beautiful too! Cherries in the Snow wasn't the right shade of red for me. Jess, I would get rid of that Stormy Pink one you don't like and try Teak Rose, it's my favorite! It looks a little scary but on your lips it's a beautiful pinky brown color, I love it!
Sassy mauve is my favorite. Primrose on me is so pale but looks really nice on you. I wanna try the berry haute , also pink in the afternoon.. you look so pretty , girl!!
I love cherries in the snow for years, I fell in love with the shade in Revlon's nail polish first. If you love the lipstick get the matching polish! I also have berry haute and its so much prettier on the lip then it is even in the tube.

Stormy pink is my favorite summer lippie!! It is a bit patchy but it really lasts and lasts and its a super comfy matte!!!
All those shades are pretty on you Jessica my hobby is collecting lipsticks. I have so many Revlon shades most of them are discontinued some are from the 90s.
I bought one shade of the Milani lipstick, and the smell was terrible. Haven't bought another, but I'm going to check them out again because of your video. Thank you!
Funny, I thought I'd like Stormy Pink better based on other reviews but now that I've seen Pink in the Afternoon on you, I like it more. So different to see it on the lips than just swatched on the back of the hand.
I picked one up in the shine formula, and I didn't like it. It was such a pretty color, but it was really sheer and patchy. I LOVE the creme and the matte ones though! I am going to buy the peach one you swatched too.
I absolutely love these lipsticks! Definitely worth the $5. They're so creamy and just perfect!
I LOVE the Shine ones - you should totally give them a try. The name is kind of a misnomer (in my opinion), they're not super glossy or shiny really - they're just a nice translucent formula, which makes them really easy to wear. Certain colors are more sheer than others - most of the ones I have are pretty pigmented, but because they're not 100% opaque they fade SO gracefully.
They're my favorite "easy" lipstick, for a day when I don't want to worry too much about what's on my face. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I have a TON of these and love them! And, for $4 and change at Wal-Mart they're a steal!

I got the wet n wild Reserve your Cabana omg I love it so much! It doesn't look like much on camera your right but its just a nice glow without shimmer/glitter. It looks natural.
Love these lipsticks, "plum baby" is my favorite everyday color. Nice soft berry shade.

I live in Bangkok, and a day after I watched this video I went out and looked for Pink In The Afternoon. I secured enough back up for me and my friends. Oh, and I also picked up Wet N Wild's Just Peach.

Revlon is my favorite lipstick brand by far (drug store and high end) and I feel like no one talks about it! 2 other colors from this line I'm obsessed with: 460 and 463. 460 is my signature color, when in doubt, I wear that color, and 463 is a tad darker and is better in the fall/winter. I found you through Emily at Beauty Broadcast, and I'm so glad! I love all the drug store videos! Keep up the good work :)
I love seeing these shades. I have primrose and love it. I have noticed that you are wearing your hair curly sometimes in your videos. Is your hair naturally curly or do you curl it yourself? It is beautiful!
Thank you so much for this video and I think you look best in Cherries In The Snow and in Primrose. I think that Revlon and Chanel, and Helena Rubinstein years ago, make the best lipsticks that I have ever used. (I have never used either Tom Ford or Louboutin because they are too expensive.) With Revlon, I own Certainly Red, Mink and Mauvy NIght.

Wow, I'm surprised they're getting rid of Pink in the Afternoon - it's a classic. But thanks for the heads up. I always have Cherries in the Snow even though it really doesn't look that good on me. It's so pretty and iconic. I have to say, I'm old enough to remember when they did have a scent, and I loved it. If you ever get the Moondrops sub-set (in the dark green case - it's usually on the top or bottom row) those still have the old scent. I really miss this scent and the old Estee Lauder one.

thanks for this! because of you mentioning them in a earlier video I tried some and now I'm OBSESSED! lol I'm also obsessed with the c.o. bigelow night balm that you mentioned. my favorite shade in this line is rose & shine. it's it's a pearl. I got pink pout because I loved it when you swatched it in another video and mine looks soooo different. it's very grey and not very pink. since the price is so good I think I'll try a different one. maybe the one I picked up was bad. I've been buying a few a week since I love them so much. maybe I'll tag you in a photo of the pink pout so u can see what I mean.

I haven't bought a Revlon lipstick for years and years because they used to have this perfume-y smell and you could also taste it. I couldn't stand it. But there isn't a smell anymore? I'll go check them out and smell the testers. I'll totally look crazy smelling all the lipsticks.
No smell and no taste! That's why I love them :)

I find that the moon drop lipsticks still have that smell, but the regular super lustrous ones are scent and taste free!

I love the colors, plums and reds look amazing on you, personally I wouldn't buy them because Revlon tests on animals, but I used to own a couple and the colors and pigmentation were absolutely amazing. Great video, I just don't like Revlon for testing on animals.
