True: you feel that your spells are slightly faster once the virtual dex cap of 70 is reached but this in not worth the levels or the talisman slot in my opinion: I actually have a much better caster build now without radagon because I get an extra damage modifier instead of a very tiny speed boost that makes no real difference outside of PvP
Yep…at 52+radagon you get 82 virtual dex so you are technically as fast as it goes…this is simply not worth it. Since then I ditched radagon icon entirely and it changes nothing but I squeeze in another to make more damage…
I've tried pure int and int/dex builds and the speed difference is noticeable but not worth the tradeoff if spells are your primary means of attack

The only benefit is like what 1 second? and you spend over 50 points in dex good job
