    Thank you Robin for sharing this awesome video...This is absolutely beautiful...again! Wicked sound track, and you got to see a Thresher as well! Too cool! Every facet of this video is excellent! I'll be studying it before our trip to Barbados in March, when I'll attempt another GoPro dive project! Thanks again!

    Wow :O A Thresher Shark. Are they not supposed to be extremly shy?
    Brilliant video, your one of Marsa Alam made me look forward to going there even more last year

      Solaranno Thanks for your comment! The thresher sharks are actually quite curious beings as long as there isn't to many bubbles all over the place;) They're rather shy of light though, that's why the footage of the threshers is so dark, only had about 8 meters of visibility most of the time! I love the Red Sea, going back on thursday - so stay tuned for my next video;)
      Cheers

      Robin Widéen Hey Robin...Just taking a look at your work again....still beautiful! We have a trip planned for the Caymans in a few weeks...I'm going to make my first attempt at protune! I just seemed to forget about it in Barbados. Wow your on your way to the Red Sea...another destination I hope to see one day. Have a good one! Shoot lots of great stuff...looking forward to seeing your new project.

      Thanks again Steven Baker! Sounds awesome, first Barbados and then the Caymans! Lucky bastard;) Did you make a video from the Barbados trip? Just got back from the Red Sea with lots of new material, so I'll let you know when it's on youtube;)

      Robin Widéen Hey Robin...Yeah I did make a video for Barbados...not a lot of critters, it would seem that they managed to avoid me. It turned out not too bad. I'm really looking forward to experiencing the Caymans. I'm also looking forward to seeing your work from the Red Sea as well. I going to try my hand at making some fly fishing videos in this coming fishing season. It's another one of my hobbies / obsessions. I did one last summer so I could get used to the GoPro and the editing software. I plan to use my DSLR for this too, it should be fun hopefully we can get some great stuff.

      Hi! It's my own music and it's written for this video specifically so it's all one song: Paradise! If you'd like to use it for your own video just let me know!

    What do you use for your Gopro to get as clear colors Lanterns water, do you use red filter?

    • @ROWIDesign
      @ROWIDesign  8 лет назад

      +My Wenström There are three main things you can do achieve nice and clear colors with the GoPro imo. Red filters, video lights and editing... I've used all three in this video! So a red filter is more or less mandatory with the gopro and video lights really helps out... When I filmed these clips the lights really helped out, the visibility was quite bad most of the time so the lights really made the colors stand out! Finally, shoot in the Protune mode if you have the time to edit your clips. This way you can control your white balance a lot easier as well as contrast, exposure etc! Hope this helps;)

    How is the temperature in the water in the phillipines? how many mm wetsuit do you need to wear?

    • @ROWIDesign
      @ROWIDesign  9 лет назад

      Thanks for subscription! I think it depends on where you're diving and of course when! I don't the water temperature drops under 25 degrees Celsius, and at its warmest it's about 30-31=) So if you don't get cold easy I don't think you need more than 5 mm or 3 mm! However there was a few divers who used dry suites;)
