I was blessed to be sponsored by compassion International.
Beautiful to hear the letters from former sponsored children (now adults) & learn the impact their sponsors had on their lives. I'm so looking forward to see my 2 little girls I sponsor in Haiti grow & get closer to Jesus. I am thrilled for this opportunity to make a difference (No matter how large or small) in their lives. Love them both but Jesus loves them even more.
How does one keep in touch with a former sponsor child after they have grown up/ graduated the program?

I enjoy hearing letters from former sponsored children now adults and learning about the impact their sponsors had on their lives. I am working as BD0310 Project Director in Compassion Project in Bangladesh, I have 300 children and youth in my project. Many people here have been able to come closer to Jesus, many now know Jesus and believe in their hearts and souls. I want to show the love of Jesus to the child and his family through my service work, I am ready to dedicate my life to advance in the grade commission.
Jesus loves us all. You will pray for my project and work.

Compassion is a key in Jesus forgiveness and friendship in salvation, without Jesus it is just a pat on the back on the way to weep 4eva in regret rejecting His amazing grace the only true compassion.

It was very encouraging to watch this video. It is often not until we are older that we realize the blessing someone was in our life! I am thankful to be part of Team Compassion! The hands and feet of the "on the ground" workers are so instrumental. I'm thankful to pray, provide and write to three amazing boys knowing the impact God will make through the whole team! Only Jesus causes loving bonds between complete strangers. What miracle workers Compassion allows each person to be and to become through the Spirit of God! Thank you for making this video as a continual reminder that the time and commitment matter for eternity.

Of course this video made me cry. I was asked to sponsor a child and she has the same name as my mother and is from the same country as my mother - Brazil. I was asked on the day of her one-year anniversary of being with Jesus. The little girl has a birthday today and has been waiting for six months for sponsorship. Of course I said yes! Doesn't God know how to tell a beautiful story?! God bless anyone who helps a child. Please consider sponsoring a child today.

Little did I know how sponsoring our child (specifically through Compassion International) would impact my life and the lives of my family. Even last night we traced the little (and big) steps of obedience that led to very positive, dramatic experiences that the Lord allowed us to go through. When God calls you to do something, obey immediately.

How to get an sponsorship? I manage small institution that sponsored by foreigner before and the school is free of tuitions but now we will open again this school year and we have a tuition for the expenses and salaries of the teachers. hope that we can find sponsors

How come you don't have sponsorship in Vietnam?
Hello, as you know, Compassion is not currently working in Vietnam, nor do we have plans to expand there in the near future. Compassion follows an in-depth process of investigation, analysis and research for God's direction to expand into new countries and communities. There are also many variables to consider, and sometimes it is simply not possible for Compassion to work in a certain country. It’s because Vietnam main religion is Buddhism. Therefore their religious views don’t align and that’s why they don’t work in Vietnam. I’m sure you can find another company that works in Vietnam. Honestly, a true Cristian company would help Vietnam. But oh well, I am satisfied enough with the work that compassion does that I won’t complain.
