This man is significant to the African continent. Why has he not been given the noble peace prize? He has transformed Ghana into a vibrant democracy.
Nobel prizes don't mean a damn thing, it's a symbolic boy scout trophy created by the fairy tale telling westerners , reserved for lap dogs. Western cheerleaders' praise of anybody in a non-western country it's morel likely than not a sure indication of looming danger for people of that nation, and should be the Litmus Test used to weed those controlled puppets out. Instead, make this man a required reading in the whole continent of Afrika. Prizes, medals, degrees etc don't mean a damn thing, however,the finalization and materialization of a well thought out Idea, by leaders and its people, it's the most symbolic accolade anybody can give to each other.

He might have cleaned Ghana in a way but he kept Ghana in one place for 20 years we needed growth all he thought us then about leadership was a thirst for power and use it for own good
1. 70% of electrification today was done in PNDC.
2. The PNDC is the only government in Ghana's history to actually spend more time developing the rural areas where our actual cashcrops are. The reason we have Gallamsey for instance is a selfish approach all governments except that one have had, by developing the urban areas over the rural. In Accra, it's really administration work in the context of the larger Economy, so most governments essentially have left the rural folk poor and focused on what those in urban Ghana can see. The PNDC didn't do that because they were never about Political capital.
The reason people think nothing happened for 20 years is because the poor don't write Newspapers, appreciate skyscrapers or write RUclips comments. But the reason Ghana's economy stabilized after almost 20 years in 1985 and actually begun booming in 1990/ 91 was because we finally had a flouring export market. It's why Northerners tend to vote NDC. Because they saw massive development they hadn't had prior periods.
But the elite prefer roads and storeybuildings and foreign businesses, so people don't see what the PNDC did as development.
