- Greetings! Thursday night meant pizza night in our house. In an effort to make at least three more meals from the roasted chicken dinner that we made on Sunday, I am using some of that chicken in a fabulous pizza for our pizza night!
This is no ordinary pizza, and required only a few ingredients that I had on hand. Chicken, bacon, cheese, onions, mushrooms, garlic and alfredo sauce make for an amazing pizza that you are going to find irresistible!

OMG! I can't believe the negative people. It is just pizza for goodness sake. I don't think this will be ate day after day. If people follow Noreen, then everyone should know that this is a treat. marie Savino White pizza isn't anything new. It sure is awesome tho. Try some spinach alfredo pizza with chicken etc.
We always have jarred alfredo on hand but we've never used it on pizza -- great idea and so many options for toppings, especially if you have leftovers. To the person who said this isn't Italian pizza, well, of course it's not. It's our Americanized version, and we like it! I remember being in Italy in college and thinking "THIS abomination is authentic Italian pizza??? Yuck!". LOL.
Omg omg omg! That looks amazing! Thanks for the great idea! I'm gonna try this with turkey. If you like garlic, you should try my secret. Oil + finely chopped garlic mixed together with a bid of parsley. Drizzle on top of finished pizza. Delish!

Question, can you freeze your pizza dough or is it better to make the whole pizzas and then freeze b4 cooking or cook 1st? Idk if you can freeze homemade dough's lol :D ♡♥♡♥

I have two versions of Alfredo sauce. All you have to do to find them is to go to my channel page and use the search option and type in Alfredo. The videos should pop up for you.

I don't have a pizza peel. I use the backside of a baking sheet. It works fine. I don't have plans to make pita bread, but I will take your suggestion and put it on my list. Thanks for watching and commenting!

How do you roll pizza dough?
I don't roll it, I press it out using my fingers until it is the size I like it.

I made other pizzas with it that night. We usually make more than we need and eat off of it for a couple of days for lunch and snacks.

Italian pizza is basically a pizza dough with a few elements on it. Your pizza is just three quarters of toppings and that may be good but too much to be called a pizza.
I don't live in Italy and I did not indicate that this was "Authentic" what this is however, is good old adulterated, American style pizza with a hell of a lot of toppings that are delicious together. I am not interested in bein "Authentic" I am interested in preparing delicious food. I'm calling it pizza, you can call it whatever you like.

I agree and that's why I'm following you :) I was just pointing it out because in Italy it probably would become a kind of salty cake (torta salata) while pizza usually is quite simple. Among the traditional toppings the most complicate one is probably the capricciosa which has 4 toppings, besides of mozzarella and tomato sauce (basics of almost all pizzas).
I thought you might have froze them.
