Depends on the needle size. If it's short and specified for intradermal, then it's used at 90 degrees.

I’ve been losing hair for about 4 years. I was on minoxidil in 2020, but every time I used it, it made my hair stiff. So I reduced the usage and eventually gave up. But recently, my hair has started to look a bit thinner, and I’ve started to receive comments about it. So, I visited a dermatologist, and she suggested that I do 3 PRP sessions, which will completely stop my hair fall. But Redditors say something else. I’ve not heard one good review for PRP, and a lot of people say that it’s a scam, and it made their hair worse after some time. So, can someone who has actually gone through PRP sessions provide some reviews about its good and bad? Does PRP really not work, and should I just commit to minoxidil rather than PRP?"

I have done 1 session of PRP and I have started to notice that my hairs are getting thinner day by day. I am losing almost 40 hairs per day.

Let morher nature do it's job.
Yet as of hair, a HUGE contributor factor is Sulfate in shampoo.
Look how Sodium Lauryl Sulfate boosts hair fall.
