  • Chocolate Terrine
    Dark chocolate 200g
    Butter 100g
    Sugar 20g
    Whipping cream 100g
    Eggs 3
    Starch 2g
    1. Add butter to dark chocolate and melt in a double boiler
    2. Add sugar and mix
    3. Add eggs and mix
    4. Add whipping cream and mix
    5. Sift starch and add and mix
    6. Pour the dough through a sieve into the pan
    7. Bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes
    8. Cool the baked terrine to room temperature and harden in the refrigerator
    9. Take the terrine out of the refrigerator and sprinkle cocoa powder to finish
