i'm in the process of spec'ing out my first PSA dagger and your videos are super helpful in figuring out which options I like and don't like. I am also about to buy my first optic and I think you might have convinced me to go holosun. I also need to get 3 more jobs because how are all these guntubers buying all these guns. Feels like heaven to me. Thanks for the information!
@@flattire707 the shadow systems seems to be the best built out of the ones I have but the dagger definitely feels better in hand and functions just as well out of the box.. based on several other tubers talking about overall durability there doesn't seem to be an issue either but I haven't and don't shoot enough to test durability on anything firearms related.. I do a lot of fishing but not to the extremes that tournament anglers do either but try to let everyone know how something is working out for me and if I've seen any durability or quality control issues being expressed from other consumers
Those mag release springs are tight on the dagger. I like to pull them out when I get a new frame and thin the rod out a bit with a dremel. Just a little. It makes the mag release a lot easier to press. Glad you showed how to get out even the smallest bits like that.
Thank you for taking the time and going through the steps of the breakdown. Also thanks for giving your opinions on dos and donts. I see comments from people who are unable to hit the skip button to get to the parts of the video they want to see so maybe you can use time stamps on your next video. Either way I appreciate the video just as it’s edited. This video was very helpful for me to disassemble the entire lower and slide. Thank you for posting it. Lastly have you every done or would you consider doing a dremil or stippling videos for your frames?
@@Jawad_Muhammad thanks and not sure how many more videos I'll be doing related to g u n s in general since RUclips is basically attacking channels with this type of content... Thanks for making this video I watched it all. I'm having trouble getting the rolling pins out on my compact dagger. They just do not want to come out.
I had the same issue and I just got a bigger hammer and hit it with a few hits and finally came out. I tried for a while with brass hammer that came with punch kit and it wasn't jiving. Hope that helps
@@tonyg_721 I ended up just ordering another punch off of amazon. Next day delivery which was nice. It worked but it took some hitting. TEKTON 1/8 Inch Roll Pin Punch
Watching from the Great Beautiful State of Wyoming! Glad to see another Dagger lover.Only real problem I have is affording the reddot sights...lol My first was a ruger revolver my grandpa gave me at 10yrs old for Christmas. So I've gotten really good with open sights. I enjoy reddot sights for the past few years.
Can you show me a direct comparison between all your copper barrels inside of a darker color slide? I own a shadow systems copper barrel and the color is amazing. I wonder if the others are as vibrant. Thanks
I have a related question to all the slides on the table , holster comparability ? The OEM Dagger has its own profile, especially with the high suppressor sights , but add an after market slide, like the Leo precision, Zaffiri etc and it changes. What have you found as a OWB that works ?
Look for holsters that basically use the light as the determining factor to what they fit if you can't find one that works for you. I have no idea how interchangeable any holster is if it's not designed for use without a light
Thanks Picked up a G-code holster on E-bay for the stock dagger, works great, but will look at light holsters for the aftermarket Glock slides or just have a custom build.
Thank you very much for documenting this man. Love your channel. Keep it going. Lotta useful tips for me while I'm brushing up

Holosun is the way to go in my opinion
@@bassnbonsai you’re the 3rd person to say that and I’m convinced. I’ll be grabbing the 507c for my Dagger. Thanks a lot!!
thanks for this video. i love how your tinkering with it. makes me think about doing my own tweaks.
Great video, but I will stick to Glock OEM guns and parts. I built one aftermarket Glock clone and learned my lesson.

I moved the slide release down for the actual trigger pin to come out didn't take much force
