@@TriathlonDan an option could be to buy a second rear wheel and set it up to stay as installing and uninstalling doesn't seem a great thing to do. What do you reckon? Would that work with any decent rear wheel?
Awesome Dan! I saw one of the team Icarus members today at the Grafman, I think it was Matt? I shouted “Triathlon Dan” to him. Clearly I didn’t think it was you but please tell him he looked pretty strong on the run!
Hi Callum, it's quite a big process and not as straightforward as cutting a bit of plastic and sticking it on a wheel. First of this is were we started 7 years ago, but we soon found out that this does not work in the way would like it to and could not shape the plastic to the wheel, unless we made a large cut down the middle of the plastic which we deemed as unsafe and we wanted a safe sustainable product that converted a wheel into a disc wheel not a wheel with an unsafe bit of plastic stuck on it and putting people's life's at risk The EZ Disc are made from an exact mix of composite that is formed using stainless steel water cooled moulds at a cost of 8k per mould, and we have 4 SS moulds. They are then vacuum formed to the exact shape required to hug the spokes of a wheel in disc or rim brake variation, this is done in a 900T press machine which is the only known one in the UK that cost 100k+ the EZ Disc is then taken to the lazer cutters and placed one at a time onto a Jig each cost 1k which we have 9 of for each variation of the EZ Disc they are covered under ISO accredited manufacture policy. The EZ Disc has filed a patent costing over 12k in solicitors bills already. They are then cut collected marketed and sent out to the customer. Its takes 12 minutes just to manufacture the whole process for an EZ Disc to be made and delivered to a customers door can be around 1h you also have to take into account paying staff, building taxes and selling everything you have to get the business started up in the first place. So, the EZ Disc is that bit more than sticking a bit of plastic to your wheel.

Hmmm tempting….
Easily tempted aren’t you :D
sound is the most important aspect let's be real
Where’s the data at?
On the EZ disc site :)
I don't think my disc wheel makes the cool 'womp womp womp' noise.
Pedal harder
thats £20 plastic and £15 labour for the cover no more than £50 or it's a rip off
There’s no wonder Mr EZ Gains has a new Aston Martin on the drive 🤯
😂😂
