  • What is the Quietest RV Generator available in 2022? The Predator 3500 Inverter Generator appears to be the winner.
    We tested the Predator 3500 Generator over the course of 3 days as a way to keep the AC on while boondocking at a Harvest Hosts. I can honestly say I have never seen a Generator that is THIS Quiet before.

    legend has it, he's still walking to the end of that trailer. 3:30. The man is towing the ship Spaceball One from the film Spaceballs.

    Hey brother, thank you so much for the informative information and demonstration. I’m on my way to pick up a used predator 3500 with about 10 hours on it and I think your video was the deciding factor after reviewing several forms that spoke highly of late as well. Keep up the great work. Please.

      Really appreciate you taking the time to let me know. Since that video was recoeded, we legit used it for a month straight in montana camping off the gris. The only time we ahut it off was to refuel. Sill going strong. Best of luck with it!

    great video. to the point, no annoying chicks giggling and commenting and no irritating background noises like dogs barking or random smoke detectors beeping cuz they need a friggin battery. smh. good speaking voice also. thanks again. need more good vids like this.

      Thank you! Ironically, that was the second version of that video. When we shot it the first time, there was an ankle biter in the next campsite over that we didn't hear while filming, but was barking through the entire video when we went to edit it. So we scrapped it and reshot it :)

    Thank you for the useful review. I was considering that exact model against the Honda version for the same reasons. You've helped me come to a decision. Take care. :)

      Glad it was helpful for ya! since this video was recorded, we have legit run it for a month straight, only shutting it off to refuel. Still running 100% with no issues!

      Thank you very much. I tried to do it the way i would want to watch it. I hate when you just want quick information and you get a tour of the farm before ya ever get into what youre looking for.

    A dog groomer had one running in an open compartment outside his van and I was impressed how quiet it was. And, there wasn't an exhaust stench either.

      Now that ya mention it, youre right, you really cant smell the exhaust. thats not even something i realized

    Instead of adding the dongle you can take the panel off and rotate the plug 180. dongle seems like good idea too, less rigidity ..

      It is running a dometic pwnguin 2, with a soft start installed. Its 2 amps shy of running both units. If you watch our remodel series, we have a duct improver installation that made a HUGE difference in how well a single unit cools the rig down

    F.Y.I. You can run both AC’s if you add a Micro Air EasyStart to each AC.

      @InterstateAdventures  2 года назад +3

      We have since installed the easystarts on the AC units. We have an installation video for them as well

    I was standing in the store today about to buy this generator when I realized it was the only model without GFCI outlets for outlet covers.
    I will mainly be using it for off-grid camping and it definitely rains on us quite often. Have you had any problems regarding this?
