I wasn't able to buy my first quad untill I was in my 30's and I have had a decent job since I was 19...lol. I have been very fortunate the last few years with a great job and great dealer support. I will make great vids as long as I can
I totally agree, they are a great tire. Nice and light so a person doesn't need to get into modding his clutch. And they work great everywhere except in the thickest of mud and muskeg
Hey guys, I'm here as a fellow RUclipsr just trying to watch some machines do their thing but everywhere I look I see mini comment war between MX and ATV riders, and mostly it's MX attacking ATV riders calling them "gay" and stuff. Well personally I love my dirtbikes but I see no reason to attack ATV riders just cause they ride different machines. So I apologize for all the hate comments to the ATV community. I love watching these mudding videos :D I just hope one day both MX and ATV riders will all get a long and can happily ride in peace :)
AMEN ! I love watching bikes rip and jump through the air, and would never troll anyones video that they have uploaded to youtube, if everyone loved the same things the world would be pretty boring but no need to go cutting others likes and interests down. Just get out and rip and have a blast!
They are a great all around tire that do very well in the mud, they seem very tough as well, our one buddy ran them all last year on his 900xp RZR and he loved them
Grek, Don't sweat what others have. Be proud that you have what you have. I didn't get my first until I was in my '40's, because I was tapped paying childcare and child support. Just get out there and ride it, and have fun.
1. Price, they're likw $4500 with the mounting hardware 2. they sink like a rock, so if you're in deeper then your snorkels you're screwed, with tires you can pop the front end up easily 3. Eventually you'll get stuck with them....and then you may need a chopper to get out...lol
The 28's would be great, the 30's will rob more power and a clutch kit would be a good idea. Basically bolt on the 28's and ride or do a clutch kit and rip the 30's. The Zillas are a great all around tire
A polaris and a outlander are so close in comparison that it all depends on the riders! the polaris 850 has more ground clearance than the outlander with the same tire set-up but i like how the axles are straight on the outlander and not in a bind like they are on the polaris. personally im a polaris fan due to the true all wheel drive but i dont have anything bad to say about the can-am either
Yea that's true, you know WAAY more about aggressive tires than I do. All i've got is a Honda 450 foreman S (footshift) it is tough as nails and reliability is a 10/10 but it is not Can-am Outlander. That said i really don't need that kind of power, i occasionally trail ride but i mostly just use it around the place for work purposes...
I dont know what the Polaris had for tire size but they looked smaller then the 30" outlaws on the Can-Ams. Zillas are 1 inch smaller then what's on the side wall. I run 28" zillas on my Outty XXC which are only 27" tall. I think the video shows the difference tire sizes then anything. I'll leave the fact that its a Polaris out of it ;)
Yes it is...he misses them, he could idle through most things with the Mambas...only problem was whn he had to give her some gas he broke stuff....especially in reverse
zillas are great tires...but not for this type of riding...u can't compare zillas to outlaws and other huge mud tires...zillas are more for general trail and some mud...
They custom did their own extensions. I have actually never did my own snorkels, always took it to someone with alot of experience as they need to be done right for where we ride
Hey Osta! I have a king Quad 750 and I'm looking at 28" or 30" Zillas. I haven't done any clutch work, but may in the future...is it needed for either of these tires? Will I notice a significant loss of power with either tire? I would go with something from the outlaw family, but we still do a lot of trail riding. Love the videos! Thanks for your input.
The mambas are a knarley tire but their weight makes them almost unusable...the 32.5" weigh 77lbs with no rim. I believe the new Outlaw 2's have more lug height then the mambas
Osta, I'm getting a 2014 Honda Rancher Saturday and looking for 26" or 27" that will be good all around. What tires should I look at? I ride mostly trails, some creeks and some mud
Hey man on that XMR does it have a certain snorkel kit or custom? I'm wanting to do one but not sure if better to do a custom or just buy the kit. Me an my dad have done a few snorkels so I'm familiar with what to do just askin the pro for some advice. thanks.
RANK!!!! You guys are over the top! Got any footage of something other than mud? (not that the mud footage is boring) Be interesting to see some rock climbing or something with those beasts. Thanx for sharing! Sask rules!
All depends what you do with your quad, mine will never see such water crossings so Zillas are fine, i do mostly trail riding and the occasional mud hole :)
I wasn't able to buy my first quad untill I was in my 30's and I have had a decent job since I was 19...lol. I have been very fortunate the last few years with a great job and great dealer support. I will make great vids as long as I can
The first popo sounded like a generator 😂😂😂
Zillas cut it just fine for what they are. For that kind of slip you need a dedicated mud tire lol.
I only saw a can-am that needed people to pull it out...so I guess the zillas got through slow, but didn't need help getting out of the hole hahaha.
I totally agree, they are a great tire. Nice and light so a person doesn't need to get into modding his clutch. And they work great everywhere except in the thickest of mud and muskeg

amen to that!
AMEN ! I love watching bikes rip and jump through the air, and would never troll anyones video that they have uploaded to youtube, if everyone loved the same things the world would be pretty boring but no need to go cutting others likes and interests down. Just get out and rip and have a blast!
yeah!
Wow found another 1 of @ostacruiser comments O_o
+Wyatt Ingraham are you kidding?
They are a great all around tire that do very well in the mud, they seem very tough as well, our one buddy ran them all last year on his 900xp RZR and he loved them
I've got a friend with some zilla's and they seem like a great tire, plus why does this say the Zilla's don't cut it when they made it through?
"watch out" then almost does backflip lol can am gets props for the power, freakin sick!
Grek, Don't sweat what others have. Be proud that you have what you have. I didn't get my first until I was in my '40's, because I was tapped paying childcare and child support. Just get out there and ride it, and have fun.
What do you guys think of sludge hammer tires. The seem to be on the more bugget friendly endof the spectrum.
Those can ams are incredible power and torque!
1. Price, they're likw $4500 with the mounting hardware
2. they sink like a rock, so if you're in deeper then your snorkels you're screwed, with tires you can pop the front end up easily
3. Eventually you'll get stuck with them....and then you may need a chopper to get out...lol
Hell ya, loved the NOS guy standing his quad up.
1) can am
2) arctic cat
3)polaris
BEST damn 4 wheelers for mudding.
honda just makes an all around amazing atv.
In your opinion what is more aggressive? Black Mambas or Outlaws?
Most of us all run 2012 1000cc's Gades and Outties...imo they are the best
The 28's would be great, the 30's will rob more power and a clutch kit would be a good idea. Basically bolt on the 28's and ride or do a clutch kit and rip the 30's. The Zillas are a great all around tire

once again top notch video by osta. I like how you video everyone hitting it and also film yourself hitting the mud also. Best videos on youtube
Yea that's true, you know WAAY more about aggressive tires than I do. All i've got is a Honda 450 foreman S (footshift) it is tough as nails and reliability is a 10/10 but it is not Can-am Outlander. I would love to see a dirt bike with that kind of power
usually 2x per season. If your seals are good the oil stays very clean
the redbull canam is sexy but Osta's ride is bawwuusssssss!!! Im a sucker for cammo ATVs
Wow , this video really proves how superior the "Laws" really are. Awesome video , The aggressive tread makes a huge difference. Thanks
Yes it is...he misses them, he could idle through most things with the Mambas...only problem was whn he had to give her some gas he broke stuff....especially in reverse
I just got 28"outlaw 2 on a Honda 420 rancher. Heidi does better for y'all outlaw 1 or the outlaw 2??
Yes, he pulled a sweet wheelie for sure
I'm diggin it Osta! Spring has sprung!!!
Zillas are alot easier to turn, they are a great all around tire
Are the Zillas on the Polaris in the beginning? They don't paddle well do they? I want outlaws but might be too much for my grizzly lol.
zillas are great tires...but not for this type of riding...u can't compare zillas to outlaws and other huge mud tires...zillas are more for general trail and some mud...
They custom did their own extensions. I have actually never did my own snorkels, always took it to someone with alot of experience as they need to be done right for where we ride
We love our Outlaws, find the more all terrain tires like the Mudlites don't paddle you through the nasty stuff like an Outlaw
y'all need john boats...
30"s, no lifts just spring spacers and most of us run the QSC primary clutch
Yeah, totheduals has an awesome quad. He certainly has set the standard.
Yes, they are a great all around tire but definitely do not paddle like an Outlaw
Hey Osta! I have a king Quad 750 and I'm looking at 28" or 30" Zillas. I haven't done any clutch work, but may in the future...is it needed for either of these tires? Most of us run 29.5" Outlaws or the new Outlaw 2's, some run the 31" Outlaws. But ya most perfer the Outlaws over Silverbacks or Mamba's or Mudzilla's
29.5" Outlaws or the new 29.5" Outlaw 2's....hands down best mud tires on the market
As always videos are super, great moments) atv as always on top
ostacruiser I have a 2016 yamaha kodiak 700 looking to put some 29.5 asassinators do you think it will pull it or should I go smaller...
What size zilla's were on that first bike ? What do you guys with renegades run for lifts and clutching with your outlaw's ?
The mambas are a knarley tire but their weight makes them almost unusable...the 32.5" weigh 77lbs with no rim. I believe the new Outlaw 2's have more lug height then the mambas
They are usually bone dry, but the last 3 years we have been in a crazy wet cycle and a lot has flooded
It can help yes, thanks for checking out the vid
Y’all are awesome
Thanks dude!
Wish i lived in Canada!! Osta did you use the shock kit from BRP for your fox podiums?
I was wondering what year Can Am Renegades and Outlanders you have in your riding group? Also, what years are the best?
We think so, for our type of riding where there is sometimes no bottom
Osta, I'm getting a 2014 Honda Rancher Saturday and looking for 26" or 27" that will be good all around. What tires should I look at? I ride mostly trails, some creeks and some mud
Trent M 27s maxxis zillas
Trent M itp mudlites xtr
hey do you know what maxxis tires are on the 2007-2008 yamaha grizzlys stock?
just wondering if keeping it in 2wd helps keep the front end up in deep water?..awesome clip by the way.
LOL, Outlaw and Outlaw 2's rock in the nasty stuff for sure
Hey man on that XMR does it have a certain snorkel kit or custom? I'm wanting to do one but not sure if better to do a custom or just buy the kit. Me an my dad have done a few snorkels so I'm familiar with what to do just askin the pro for some advice. thanks.
I gotcha that's gotta suck not be able to ride but definitely ready to see some of the new ride.
RANK!!!! You guys are over the top! Got any footage of something other than mud? (not that the mud footage is boring) Be interesting to see some rock climbing or something with those beasts. Thanx for sharing! Sask rules!
That's a 1000 Outlander, and it has a Saskatchewan plate on it, up in Canada
was that a crown royal bottle mounted to the the wheelstanding outtys rad?
good stuff
A lot of us run HMF's, I run the Swamp Series XL on my 1000, very well built
them qauds sound sick they sound lyk monster trucks
No, not yet, look like an awesome tire
No prob, we still have a couple feet of snow on the ground and the new build isn't quite finished up yet...but stay tuned....lol
I've got a 13 honda rancher 420 what's a good tire and size nothin outlaw or silverback crazy
Just a big group of buds, we are in North Central Saskatchewan
towards the end the one you commented on as a "beast" What does he have or what has he done to his that you have not? Im impressed by all of them
Yes sir, right out of the catalouge
Not so far, they don't do near as well as an Outlaw in the stuff we ride, but they look like a great all around tire
Thx that's good to know love the videos keep them comein
Are these trails always filled with this much water or is it just in certain times of the year? All good videos, keep it up!
What size are the majority of ya running? Outlaws?
I would love to go ride with osta and his crew them boys kick ass
hey osta what tires would you recommend for a 2013 honda rancher 420 FM? outlaws silverbacks or zillas
Some of us used to run them but the Outlaws just work better in our type of mud and muskeg
First ive noticed a lrage group with the exhaust snorkels. They worth bothering with?
They usually just get in the way. No one in our group messes with them anymore
what type of tires do you find to be the best over all
Outlander or Sportsman? Looking to purchase one.
Outlander by a mile
most of us run Outlaws, but the guy at 6:24 was running 28" Silverbacks
hey osta,What do you think of the new HL radials?
All depends what you do with your quad, mine will never see such water crossings so Zillas are fine, i do mostly trail riding and the occasional mud hole :)
what size and make of tires are the xmr's running...skinny/wide??
hey Osta, have you ever considered using NOS?
hey how much do u think you put in ur 3wheeler???
Do any if u guys use mudlites or do u prefer outlaws
what r u guys running for exhausts?
Totally agree with you on that!!! lol
how much extra power does the skull bottle of vodka mounted to he handle bars add ?
It's ok Sinisterdiesel....I know what it's like to do a back flop...except mine was into icy water!!!!
Definitely awesome
almost all of us run 29.5" Outlaw 1's
i have a honda 2014 420 what would be a good tire too
Haha little TOO much juice on that one!!! Glad it didn't fall back tho!! All u guys made that first guy look bad lol
@ostacruiser Why don't you guys use the apache track system from can am for this kind of stuff like mudding
not surprised considering those are the heaviest tires out there.
why is your one snorkel taped off?
Outlaws in 2wd where the Zillas can't go in 4wd! Gotta love it! ;)
Did u use the same camera taking the vids of them then u? Seems like the one of u the camera is different
Yup, Sony TX20 for everyone else and a Gopro hero 2 for myself
