Courchevel

In early 2023 during a stay in Courchevel in the French Alpes, the serenity and calm of the mountains and the snow made a big impression on me. My skiing skills are very limited however, and so after a day falling over where the rock-hard ground made an impression on my tailbone, I retreated to my laptop to write this.

This is an update (updated rendering) of a previous release of this work. The previous video was rendered using NotePerformer 3.3. Since NotePerformer 4.0, the realism of renders took a big step forward, and so this is a reissue, as I feel the piece works a lot better with the newer version and the access it gives to sample libraries.

Thanks Stefan, yes it works I think so much better with the higher quality string samples since there are not many parts.

Thank you! Yes I thought better to not end up carried off the mountain on a stretcher! Tailbone is well and truly recovered thanks!
