Linda nails this. I've heard dozens of Clash covers down the years - some good, some great, some sadly duff, but she has captured the atmosphere of the original really well, plus some great guitar and drumming. Love it. Thank you Linda.
Escuchar está canción docena de veces, no es suficiente, yo la he escuchado miles de veces, la interpretación no es la adecuada y le falta sentimiento y amor por la canción...es una canción muy compleja, pero yo que mi lengua natal es español me llega al alma.
that's a great reading of a great song. real. real story of a world gone wrong. the only thing i miss is the clicky clacky original percussion. i want to play mind crazed banjo. but not junkie land usa. through the hell realms to the golden eternity. pure heart. thank you
Lucinda's vocal delivery works well with her songs. This song needs a different vibe and even more so as the band livened it up a bit from the original. So ultimately it doesn't work. But it doesn't matter one way or the other.
Que lamentable versión de está enorme canción, The Clash merece un mejor tributo. Mientras que Lucinda no necesita dar este espectáculo, su trayectoria tampoco este revés.
L. Williams was one of the greatest singers of the 80s-90s, not sure what's going on here, but this is not her best performance. Will always love her past work, but sad to say I can't really appreciate this performance.
My first impression too. But It's an interesting take,it made more sense to me after I realised who the "random" woman was. The band is tight and it grew on me , less a cover -more a reimagining for lack of better word. Nice
My fav Clash song performed by my fav female singer. extraordinary. so cool its more than 'enough rope'

I didn't expect this but it's giving me goosebumps.
Pure class, from start to finish. A beautiful tribute to a great, purely inspirational being from two of the same kind. Love it!

8 mn de bonheur !
By the way, this is the 2nd greatest song ever written by The Clash, after White Man
😎
Excellent rendition nice and fresh but just enough of the original
🙂

yeah, a very fair summation
this band is terrific. Lucinda sounds like someone's aunt got too drunk at the wedding and stole the mic. Just awful, my god.
She looks it too 🤦🏼♂️
Spot on.
I really don't like her monotonous delivery. She could've done so much better.
She is terrible

How dare she?
ignorance...especially
Sorry not feeling this new wave sounding version.
this sucks
It seems to recall the spirit of the original. I skipped Jim's intro, though.
It really does. I hate that she's trying to be all punk attitude like she doesn't care. It's excruciating.
No it doesn’t
