Recently Sweden launch its jobseeker visa. Sweden is the 4th European country that launched a Residence permit for highly qualified people to look for work or start a business.
Though it sound sweet as it is, you must considered having knowledge of the Swedish language to get a job here in Sweden.Professions like nurses, doctors, lawyers,teachers, architects and engineers need a high level of Swedish language which is called SVA 3. IT professionals has a high chance of getting a job with only English language.

Is it okay to get my health insurance from my country? Here in my country, they gave travel insurance which it also includes health insurance. But the main issue is that the insurance company says to me that I have to pay the health-related bills myself in Sweden and will get payment back when I will give the bills back to them after returning from Sweden. Is this kind of insurance okay in your opinion?

Not good opportunity because large no of people can't apply. Just because of bachelor degree. Only masters and PhD can apply

Yes but please do my recommendation. Submit your credentials to uhr.se to validate your education then once you get the validation you can then proceed to applying for permit. It will take around 2 months or longer for validation.

Yeah, a bit expensive. But i think good for IT professionals as they have a high chance of getting a job with just English language.
