  • Join Director of Library & Archives, Cynthia Van Ness, in a trip back to the Pan-American Exposition of 1901 with a reading from Peeps at the Pan-American.
Peeps at the Pan-American is a scrapbook that accounts for personal visits in the summer of 1901 from notes jotted down on the spot and put in permanent form during fourteen years, 1905-1914 of the Exposition by Mabel Barnes. This video is a reading from her April 28, 1901 visit.

I particularly find it interesting how she made it seem to be so boring to look at the spectacular grand cathedrals and domed buildings. I wonder how they got rid of the people before.

If you dont have serious questions about how these buildings were created in that era with that technology then you’re a different species of human. Its getting to that point people. The human race is separating the wheat from the chaff.

Exactly. If you look at the grand scale of the buildings, the magnificent architecture and the materials that were used (some buildings were made out of white marble!!!), it is hard to imagine that they build it all in approximately 1 year. Not to mention the fact that it was all temporarely and they demolaged allmost all of the buildings. And it is not this city alone. There where lots of "expositions" all over America and Europe in the same timeperiod. Every person with a functional brain can see that there is something seriousely wrong with the timeline and the way our history is presented.

You know what happened, right? (FIRST Tartaria!) First Rome, then Egypt, then Europe/Near Asia, then the Americas, then India, then the rest of the world, with the Mr. Smith sneaking one in there too. Greatest secret ever kept, or at least one of them.

All the World's a stage. Unbelievable technology. My eyes show no disorder. Question the narrative.

I saw one photograph of the Pan American grounds lit at night and nothing else and wonder if I was missing others.
