Hello mate, I did try a day trading but i watched first some videos on RUclips to understand a little bit the difference between investment and trading, it was so bad at the beginning but then i started to make some money after analysing and reading more about markets .
Honestly such an underrated youtuber. Dude has phenomenal video production skills and should have way more attention tbh. Wish I could see where you would be today if you continued uploading
Trading takes years of consistency, studying and planning. It definitely is not a fake way to make big $$$. The thing about it is to study what you are like as a person. Then read books, do courses, find a role model who is successful and talk to people with experience. A good thing to remember is 90% is risk management plan which is how much of your portfolio do you spend on each trade, how much are you willing to lose and making sure you stick to the plan and of course journal every trade to study what works and what does not.
one of the things i have to keep reminding myself is "dont try to catch a falling knife" and your first trade is a perfect example. Its easy to say "well it cant go any lower! or it cant go any higher!" but you truly dont know that, so you trade the trend. so in a downtrend like you had you look for a position to enter a short instead of a long.
If you ever find yourself yelling encouragement at the screen, saying things like "I hope" and "maybe" you're already setting yourself up to fail, because you're trading with your emotions. There should be a system in place with strict parameters.
Im not expert eather , but usually if you track the lowest point and the highest point in the time you may be interested buyng , usualy if for short time you analise like months or a year you have some kind of picture and pattern that may or may not repeat depending on variatale circumstances .. and if interested in keeping it for longer probably +5-10 year picture of the graphic .. also watching the news can help ..
Ok you're very underrated..... But you didn't really trade , you were gambling, day trading is one of the hardest skills to master ,you definitely don't expect to become profitable in a week or even a year , without proper education..... trading is mainly psychology... Fomo hit you when you took your first trade .. and when price later reverses it hit you more and will make you lose more money.... The harsh reality is .. trading is not easy it passion that drives success in trading.
I know this is more than 1year late.. but just to share. I tried crypto trading for a day without experience, within 30min... I lost $30. I invested $100...
@@itsjordie8206 Well, still trading, following month was good earning $2.8k with the right crypto but with FED announcing interest rate.. . ALL DOWN AGAIN!! Crypto really extremely volatile... things can happen within minutes sometimes... only invest what you can afford to lose.. please no leverage...
Only guesing in trading is the most dangerous you can do in trading , Already loss 500USD, of that kind of trading... For the biggeners invest in your knowledge first or better spend your USD training and studying about technical analysis...
