This is an unsuccessful, never-before released MTV Pilot shot about five years ago... featuring Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro and his family, including his little brother.....
ME.
I doubt I've ever told many of you that I'm Dave's half-brother, but I guess this proves it!!!
I've wanted to upload this for a long time, but my Mom said I couldn't because Dave wouldn't approve of it, for some reason...
But this Christmas, when Dave came to our house to celebrate, I asked him if I could upload it, and he said YES! So here we are now. :D

You can clearly see its pro-shot and tbh i saw worse archived stuff than this, it looks clean cause if you saw some cheap cameras who filmed great live show you almost only see some lights and few forms lol it looks so bad

Aww this is so precious. It's funny in the beginning, mad chaotic in the mid and just a bit sad in the end...as years later we know Dave broke up with his wife and hasn't had any kids so far. Dave is such a gem of a person, sure he is a bit edgy on the outside (just based on his rad tattoos which I freaking love) but inside he's such a softie. Emotional, understanding, temperamental and most of all... incredibly patient. Given his rockstar persona and struggle with addiction to drugs at one point, anyone including me would expect him to either rage, struggle or just plain give up since his party-esque life doesn't quite fit well with the domestic, kids-dinner-macn'cheese lifestyle on first glance. But he put sooo much effort into this that just makes it so warm to watch. He loves his family and just wants to do his best.
You don't see older brothers trying...and mind you, actually TRYING to bond with his half brothers these days. He's a rockstar through and through and maybe one day he will have kids of his own...you never know right? We need more Daves in this world who are not just talented and blessed in their art but are also blessed with a beautiful heart and such a gentle soul. Makes me love this guy even more. ❤️ Kudos to his bratty brothers keeping him on his toes.

I'm sure a lot must have changed over the years but I hope you all are doing great and still the vibrant and lively family like in this video with Dave occassionally visiting and being the laid back and goofy elder brother. You haven't seen it before?? That makes me feel so fucking old, I was 14 when this came out, loved it!! I'm hoping I can find all the episodes, the bachelorette/bachelor party in Vegas was epic!! I can't remember everyone there but I remember Bobby Lee was there!!
@@lipglosskitten26 I believe that this is a separate show other than 'Till Death' which is the one starring Carmen and Dave on their journey to the alter. I believe this was to take place after the wedding when they are already married. it seems that the premise to this one was Dave and Carmen helping out with Dave's family in preparation to expand their own and have children. it seems that this was never picked up by MTV which is unfortunate I really enjoyed this pilot!

Carmen saying she wants kids and her leaving Dave to deal with the kids alone is almost like how things I believe from Dave has said in interviews is how there relationship ended up with them feeling like they were more housemates than husband and wife. You can't be a mother and not compromise in some way career wise. I think Carmen liked the idea but maybe not the reality. I wished things had worked out between him.and Carmen
I grew up as a guitarist and musician and person to this guys music. Pretty life changing for me. This is so great! Hope he's still doing ok these days. Lots of love to you Dave. 🙂

This was a fun watch. I think Dave did a great job. My favorite was when he told the little one that he “heard” he didn’t know how to put his pajamas on. Well done indeed Dave! I will say that taking care of kids is much easier when it’s your own child and when you start from them being babies.

Just watched this last night on tv. Loved it. It's too bad that I've read somewhere that Dave doesn't want kids. Because, despite a few mishaps here and there, I think he'd make an awesome dad. However, it's his decision and I'm sure as hell not gonna judge him for it. As far as I know he does have a god daughter named Lola, and I'm pretty sure he does have a stepbrother named Gabriel, but I don't know about Henry. Maybe he was just added to the show. Either way,it's pretty adorable the way he interacts with kids. Maybe he will have some one day. You just never know, do ya? Love ya,Dave!

Dave’s half-brothers are Gabriel “Gabe” Navarro and Henry “Hank” Navarro. Mike is Dave and the boys’s father, and Mike’s wife, Toby, is their mother and Dave’s stepmother. Dave’s mother, Constance “Connie” Navarro was Mike’s ex-wife and Dave’s mother, and she was killed by her ex-boyfriend along with her best friend when Dave was only 15 years old.
LoL this is a trip .... the other side of Daves life but cute I wish this would of aired and started something and too bad Dave and Carmen didn't stay together they really seem to got something more than love maybe they'll reconnect later my aunt and uncle did that after 25 years . I seriously need to be extremely rich, or something here! I was laughing so hard when they went shopping, he picks up the pie, we should get this! Some one will eat it. Omg I am a mom and, shit I still try to shop that way. My boyfriend is always snapping at me put that shit back, and we don't need that. :") I'm almost as completely ridiculous as he is! Him zooming with the shopping cart! Can't cook worth shit. Haha just all of it. I love my daughter but I am one goofball of a mom.
I am here melting looking at him with the kiddos. I imagine him having a family. Actually, I find him like the dark rocker dad who has a bunch of girls in pink ballet tutus an ends up playing tea parties. I feel he has been hurt a lot and still has a wonderful soft and emotional soul. I felt like he needed support and his wife was not there for him. I saw Carmen when the kid hang over the toy like not there, even though her body was. The kiddos did not behave their best, that is for sure.

I had my daughter when I was 23 yrs old, son at 27 yrs old. Late bloomer here lol. I had to wait till I felt ready, responsible & burnt a bunch of my carefree party days from my system first😉. Now daughter Teesha is 20, son Zy is 16. I feel relieved to have had the kids when I did, as apposed to my younger bro who at 41 yrs old now wants to start his family.....
That's just crazy 😜. Considering what I went through with my babies, I don't think bro can handle the whole thing!!. Especially taking on a bunch of other kids not his. Which I also did, because I loved my boyfriend sooooo much, his four kids were part of his package deal. I still love them all & always will💞. The two oldest teenagers were fine, the next teenager pulled some nasty stunts, the youngest was such a quiet kid. We all got along great, as long as us adults were getting along, the kids followed suit...mostly. OK fine, the oldest smashed up a truck one night going to save his bio mom from a fight then tried punching me after released from jail next day(his dad wanted to knock his teeth out, but I fought for the kid to come home safe which he took offence to), the second oldest skipped a lot of school, third kid would throw water balloons off our deck into vehicle windows + steal + shot me in the eye with a bb gun + Pepsi & mentos inside my truck + etc(still love him lol), youngest teen was just adorable & minded his manners👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. Unfortunately, their dad died of cancer few yrs ago. The man had no control over alcoholism. I still miss my Christ. As I left him in March 2011 after a fight over him being an ass to the kids!! 😤.

REALLY! I love Dave Navarro but are BOTH of these boys his young brothers? I don't think so. The younger one Henry, is never listed in Dave's biographies as a half brother like Gabe.

People who have traumatic childhoods often dont think they will make a good parent. They often feel good things dint deserve to happen to then and that they will fail. There is nothing like having a child to make you realise you are nothing like what happened to you. You will be a better parent because you have been given the chance. I wish Dave took that Dive. It would have suited him. Yet family is what you make it and hes doing something good and nurturing, something great actually with #dueldiagnosis
