Thit is quite lovely, but I admit I was distracted by calling a herd of wild horses a pack lol. The rest of it was very helpful and a nice strong visual as well. Thank you!

Depends on the kind of meditation, the way you breath has lots of intricacies and effects on your body and mind. Recently I've been seeing information from the perspective of ayurveda, it's really interesting. I recommend the channel healthygmergg by Dr K :)
