I love metal and I am so glad you love it as much as I do. We are a family we are METAL! I have just recently discovered this band and I am excited to share them with you and I hope you like them as much as I do! I have a huge love of Metal music and I enjoy finding new bands and talking about them and sharing them with the world. Brilliant. Not much more needs to be said. Lovebites has modernized everything from the late 70's to early 90's. Power/Speed/Thrash/Heavy metal blended to perfection, sprinkled with their various influences. To top it off, all played by elite/virtuoso talent across the board.

I agree. "Break the Wall" is (in my opinion) one of the best thrash songs ever written.

I've been listening to metal for 5 decades - Slayer, Priest, Maiden, Metallica, Testament, Anthrax, etc. and all are awesome, but sometimes they miss with a track or even an album. I have some favorites with Lovebites, but they just don't miss overall - they don't have any songs I would not listen to over & over. They are just incredible. If they played in the 80's/90's they would likley be considered 1 of the top 3-4 metal bands of all time (I believe they are the best). Lovebites could cover anything those bands put out, but I would love to see them try to cover a Lovebites track. SMH

I would go as far to say they are the " Holy grail" of heavy metal. I was always looking for something to listen to in the 80s and Lovebites were the missing link albeit 40 years later. However, I found Dream theater in 89!
Great reaction. Lovebites is a phenomenal band and one of my all time favorites. I am going to see them play live in Atlanta in September.

Thank you for featuring Lovebites again. I would suggest biting the bullet and buying the DVDs of these concerts. Actually, same goes for their previous concert DVDs. All of them are incredible performances. You'll get a bunch of reactions out of each one, if you can resist just bingeing the entire show.

In my opinion lovebites is a bit heavier live compared to the studio versions. Stand and deliver and judgement day are good examples of that. Also you can see these ladies love to perform so the stage energy brings that extra edge to their music.
So there are Dortmund fans in the States! Wow! I'm more a HSV fan, but BVB ranges in my top clubs of league one...

I agree. "Break the Wall" is (in my opinion) one of the best thrash songs ever written. It is a thrash masterpiece.

FYI - While you were listing the band members' names you were showing a picture of their old line-up with bassist Miho. Fami was not in the picture since she joined the band in 2022. You should get an updated photo for the future.
