In this Broadcast Award-winning, BAFTA and Emmy Award-nominated entertainment show, Taskmaster tyrant Greg Davies (Man Down, Cuckoo), with the help of his loyal assistant Alex Horne (The Horne Section and the show’s creator), sets out to test the wiles, wit and wisdom of five hyper-competitive comedians.
Comedians that have risked life, limb, and dignity in the hope of making the Taskmaster proud so far include: Frank Skinner (The Frank Skinner Show), Mel Giedroyc (The Great British Bake Off), Romesh Ranganathan (Asian Provocateur), Hugh Dennis (Outnumbered), Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’ Diary), Rose Matafeo (Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner 2018), and Russell Howard (The Russell Howard Hour). Unaware of what awaits them in each wax-sealed envelope, only one competitor can become the victorious owner of His Royal Task-ness’ golden head and be crowned the next Taskmaster Champion.

but to add to the drama. Nothing so undramatic as a spoon slowly descending in silence....chunk some darts at it!
I was thinking the exact same thing when she was doing it, "Stop shooting, you'll make it fall faster!" However, in the end Alex didn't even say how long each one took to fall, and they ended up being judged a lot more on presentation, so it worked out for her in the end.
More perfect than Asim though, who accidentally picked his spoon and balloons from off the floor and had to let them drop all the way back down again. 😂
I was just hoping that someone would decide to just leave baloons by the ceiling so that after a few days when helium goes out it would land super super slow.

Thanks to Tim Vine I've found myself involuntarily saying "Flippers" and "Bums on Seats" when I get frustrated around the house. My nieces and nephews find it very amusing.
I misheard it as, "Bums on Saints" and was amused but confused.
Once Alice switches to darts, that's some pretty impressively consistent balloon-popping!
Liza made that parachute absolutely perfectly. I grew up with "parachute men" toys, and despite knowing the fundamentals of how they were assembled, if I had to do it, my parachute still would have ended up like Tim and Russell's.
These weren’t toys to you were they? They were real, They were brothers in arms, true friends regardless of size.
Lisa's parachute was absolutely perfect and her set up was wonderful too 😊
One of those tasks that sums up its series in microcosm. Liza just waltzing in at the end and destroying all the other attempts.

Series 6 and 7 back to back is the best run of Taskmaster so far.

Taskmaster is the best series since only fools and horses.
I feel like there were levels to this. Asim and Russell getting 1 and 2 points is fair. Tim probably deserved 5 points. Alice deserved 10 points and Liza deserved 20 points.

Firwmeworks in a wooden buildings with loose flammable plastic about at random, how could it not fail!
I don't think plastic is quite as flammable as you're imagining?

@@phonotical I didn't say it's not flammable, I said it's not as flammable as you're imagining. I've seen bin bags exposed to fire numerous times - every single time it just melted. I've yet to see a raging inferno start...
