Glad you found it helpful. Its still doing a good job on my bike and would still recommend the method I used to attach it to the fender. Hope you will subscribe. More Triumph content to come.

Very cool. I have one in a box for the Scrambler 400X. Let’s talk about doing an install video together. I will provide the bacon.

Very cool. I picked one up for my t120 when I purchased it, I havebyet to install it. I never though about epoxy glue to mount it, great idea. If I try that method I might scuff the plastic with some sandpaper just so the epoxy has something to bite on to.
    But great idea!

Glad I could help. I'm not sure scuffing the surface is necessary. But I am convinced that absolute cleanliness is demanded for a solid bond.

I noticed you went the JB Weld route instead of the provided screws. I assume (not sure) that the extender is now permanent installation ? Either way, great tutorial. Thank you for sharing

I believe the fender should have already been this length to begin with, so yes I just did the install as a permanent fix. So far so good. JB weld shows no signs of letting go, So I have confidence in this approach. Hope you will subscribe, I sure need the support!

It’s ashamed that as much as motorcycles cost that the fender isn’t long enough to be functional in the first place.

What is really sad is what it would have cost Triumph to add 4 inches to the stock fender. Probably 1 cent per fender. But that's what happens when a manufacturer has to built to a price point.
