Yeah, I mean, I love Mike, but I'm admittedly more likely to replicate one of the more "bang for your buck" recipes in terms of time invested! Especially since I'm not very cheffy, so most recipes take me much longer than stated, lol. If Barry's had been savory instead of a dessert, I'd have 100% been more likely to make his even if he placed 3rd, lol.

Despite the fact he lost, I think Mike challenged himself the most out of the three. We know Jamie is good at meat and Barry chose something very simple but Mike tried something quite out the box and with fiddly techniques and interesting flavours. They all did really well though and it was a great video. :)

First time spending christmas exclusively with my partner, without any other family so we have to come up with our own traditions. I was pretty skeptical of the fusion dishes at first, but boy I am very impressed after seeing them finished!
Despite the fact he lost, I think Mike challenged himself the most out of the three. We know Jamie is good at meat and Barry chose something very simple but Mike tried something quite out the box and with fiddly techniques and interesting flavours. They all did really well though and it was a great video. :)

First time spending christmas exclusively with my partner, without any other family so we have to come up with our own traditions. Need to combine slovak, german and english cuisine all together and maybe add a bit of french so our cat feels included as well :D Might try a thing or two from this video.
