Religiously I know and believe this to be true. I have visited Middleton place I have been a member of the Charleston Artist Guild. It is a beautiful plantation. A place where you can go back in time. I liked how informative this video was realizing the dates go back to the 1400s Columbus sailing the ocean blue back in the 1400s long before the British were here. Middleton holds especially love to me. The butterfly gardens are especially nice. My mother raised monarch butterflies.. The way in which the land is formed and the butterflies that were on the plantation. Carolina Gold was cropped at Boone hall I know but Carolina is known for rice. The rice were used sometimes in the beds. They Also used Spanish moss in the beds and screens against mosquito. It is good people care for the land I too have heard and seen the ghost related to the plantation. The children laughter could be school group the otter sounds the wind. Other times maybe memories or perhaps it is truly an eternal garden.
