Good to hear Dan the man is back, he brought life back to the city.
I just hope the lions have a healthy OTA and healthy pre season.
How anyone can think Dan Campbell is a bad coach is beyond me. He is maybe the most important person to this turnaround.

Dan empowers his coaches enough to run a rookie mini camp. Of course, you want him here, but it is fine now that he is here for OTAs. I'm sort of glad the organization circled the wagons around Dan and didn't spill anything to the media. That tells me they're on the same page. I wish Dan well, whatever the issue was, and look forward to hearing from him. As for Green Bay, that team needs to be respected. They went on a great run late last year. I loved how they crushed the Cowboys in the playoffs. Our upgraded secondary should help a lot. I am hoping that Davenport is healthy and productive. Reader should also be a factor. Love needs to be pressured into mistakes. Those two games should be a lot of fun. Glad we are not going into Lambeau late in the year.

Dan leadership is so crucial to this teams success. The way he is able to motivate his team, hell, players will run through walls for him. What else needs to be said, who cares that he missed a rookie practice ?? ..

What you don't realize Dery, is that the Lions are developing leaders everywhere because they LET THEM LEAD. This team will get plenty of MCDC. Right now they are getting the message from their coaches who will lead them through the season. Dan doesn't need his message to start aging this soon.

Sure, you can criticize Campbell for an on field decision during the NFC Championship Game but please keep this in mind:
DC is an essential piece behind why the Lions were on the field playing in that game to begin with.
He got us there & I expect he'll get us to the next level too.

I blame the two drops by Reynolds, coming out flat in the second half, and not being able to field a half way decent CB play. And no I don't blame Vildor. That was a freak play, with a lot of luck for the 49ers.
Honestly I don't really care as long he wasn't doing any harm to anyone and to himself. Dan and the players are human and have personal issues just like us and it's none of our business. I don't need to know if he had a death in the family or his family member had a procedure.
Maybe he had a dentist appointment lol

If the Lions can stay healthy they have as good of a roster as any team in the NFL, the reason for that, if you think about it, is Dan Campbell. I do not think that our coaches get enough credit for developing the players that Brad Holmes drafts. Without the development and our amazing coaches, including Dan Campbell, these players are not utilized properly and do not excel and grow.
I'm fairly certain Dan only missed one day of rookie OTAs. There were pictures.

Honestly now, I think MCDC has had 4-5 blatant mistakes in 3 yrs, that's pretty good. Does he have to be even better to win a SB, for sure. I love the aggressive approach tho. Personally, I would love if the NFL got rid of FG's & Extra pts altogether. Go for it or punt. Punters can kickoff.

How can anyone say MCDC isn’t a fantastic, great, amazing coach?? Look at what he’s done in the 3-4 years he’s done here?? Completely has turned around a complete clown car of a team and organization. Brad and Dan best GM/coach duo in the league, prove me wrong

.. I'm conscious personally of the Packers and respecting what they're doing but I'm going to need more to consider them anything of a problem.. Lions fans are more so worried about getting revenge on the 49ers getting that number one seed.. and getting to the Super Bowl.. PERRIODT...
The only reason people are predicting the Packers to take over the lines is because they don't do their homework.. no way in hell you could be studying both teams and come up with that notion.. you have to be banking on the Lions to regress for any of that to happen and we know a a Brad Holmes ran team just doesn't do that..
The logic behind it all just doesn't make sense .. I'm honestly not even worried about the Packers.. the only way they'll be thrown the Lions as if significant injuries happen to multiple key players

Packers did not over-achieve. They're good, and it's about time we admit it. They're going to be a problem. Period
Jordan Love is lookin nice, but the Packturds didn't have a single player on PFF's Top 25 Under 25. We had 5, and should of had 6 with Branch, and could of had 7 with Alim in probably the top 30.
Jamo has the talent to be on the list too, but we gotta see it on the field.
Next year I expect Branch will join this list, with Jamo, Campbell, and possibly Arnold as well.
Now I'm not the biggest PFF fan, but it just shows how loaded the Lions are with young talent.
With all things considered, after FA & the draft, I'm really not worried about the Packturds winning the North at all 💯
