Inspiring video, thanks for making it! 1) Can the sew file collection CD be used to create the embroidery stitches shown in the video? 2) Will purchasing the sew file collection CD allow you to customize text for different customers? 3) How many different stitch styles are included in the sew file collection CD? Thanks again. Please make videos more frequently, they are a great inspiration...

Hi, the ionly thing you've not mentioned is whether you separate the glitter film from its carrier sheet prior to placing it on the embroidery machine? surely the film will distort if you try and tear off a whole sheet? great video by the way, I'm going to do some experimenting at my UK print/embroidery business when I hear back from you.

Josh: How do you get the twill down on the background before you add the glitter to the top? Do you have a video on that you can send me a link to? thanks in advance, I've been watching you folks at Stahl's for years.

Hello Josh, is there any chance of getting hold of these sample embroidery files to show my digitizer how to create this style of design? We've tried to create them but without success. I've contacted my supplier Target transfers in the UK, but they don't have such a design to show me. your help with this would be appreciated as we are really excited with this concept. Thanks, Alan

Unfortunately, if you rip it away after applying the satin stitch, you're going to get little glittery bits all in the satin border. You have to do a small single stitch outline and reverse, then rip off the glitter before the border is sewn.

I have just started using Glitter Flake with applique and embroidery. I am having some customers returning stating the the glitter flake is pulling away after washing. What am I doing wrong? I use a heat press at 320 degrees for 15 seconds. Is this method correct?
