    I'm hearing ya! Hard not to be disappointed when the scale barely moves! All we can do is stay on track, stay positive and trust in the process! In 12 months we'll be skinny! :)

    muscle weighs more than fat per square inch. So if you replace fat with muscle, you are going to see slower losses. Don't be discouraged! You work so hard in the gym I am confident that you are replacing a lot of that fat with muscle. More muscle means more fat burning. It's a marathon, not a sprint. You know that they say 1 to 2 lbs a week is normal and healthy. So chin up! You are doing it. 🎉

    Thanks for sharing. You’re doing great and have come a long way. I know you’re nearing your goal weight and if it is 2 lbs, then it slowly ticks away at the goal. It’s okay to be discouraged, but I want to remind you how far you’ve come.
    Take care and hope the snakes and mosquitos haven’t eaten you alive.

    Looking good! I bet you are feeling a whole lot better too. Not sure what type of weight training you are doing, but I'd recommend you go heavy if possible. The stronger you get (i.e. more muscles), the more calories your body needs to maintain it. It essentially turbocharges your metabolism. Keep it up!
