Around 21'55" of game (20:25 in video), loosing by 2/14 kills and about 9k gold behind, Faker bought a Mejai's Soulstealer. It is a snowball item, it gives bonus AP in stacks and is only good as you actually kill or assist, dying looses stacks. Not a promising buy if you are a miserable 1/2/1 at this point. I find this interesting because he saw his pace and knew he would be a late game carry. This to show his game vision and how confident he was in his capabilities.
+Marc Abelha It was probably a win/lose item pickup. Either he was gonna snowball and they would get back in it, or they would lose 2-3 teamfights and it would have been over.
I like to snare them, hit them a few times with basic, then unleash the ult on them when I know it'll finish them... it was so frustrating watching this sometimes because he could definitely have killed ziggs many times.
right. he doesnt know much about lux. as much as you don't know every single champ out there. but being regarded as the widest champion pool player by the pros, i wonder how worthy you are to teach him.... just reminding, he won two world championships, bronzies, silvers, golds and this msg even applies to plat, diamond and challengers.
He doesn't seem to know lux very well, there were plenty Of opportunities for him to have killed ziggs in the beginning. And also a lot of times he could have been saving teammates. With lux you have to be patient, and wait for the perfect time to ult.
Chinguun Enkhbayar Then it's on CD when you really need it, like during a teamfight or when someone's getting ganked somewhere in the jungle. It can easily change the tides in a fight, but if you're shooting it willy nilly than you're going to miss opportunities that would benefit the team as a whole.
i think he was kinda tied to wasting final spark on th minions, after ziggs got a kill on the first countergank he got a really good back timing and faker had to choose between put himself behind on farm and exp or stick around and lose side pressure. I think honestly going for the exp is the right choice, even if it compromises the pressure game for the next 2/3 minutes, lux scales well and one good skirmish can eventually catapult him ahead again
@ 23.25 there is an annoying bug where lissandra dies from lux´s e and flashes. in that situation only one of the 2 things should have happened: 1. lissandra dies from lux´s e but doesnt flash, cause she died before she could flash away from lux´s e 2. lissandra flashes and does not die from lux´s e because she just flashed away from it.(still probably dies). Is this a bug or am i missing something? Imo this is an important thing which should be fixed. Good game which shows why you should never give up.
it is correct in the video if you still dont see it try slow the clip down i'll say about 23:26 - 23:36 lux landed her E behind liss and liss flash backward instead of going forward the flash range is as big as lux E so she didnt get out of lux E and die for it hope this help :)
I feel like the bug was that the light binding was dropped by lux and then the flash by Lissandra but lux's E already detonated so Lissandras flash was irrelevant. If that makes sense.
Alim Kanca The blue team kept winning the team-fights and this usually frustrate people. Also Kr solo Q is infamous for AFK and early surrender like 10 min surrender. I once saw a Lulu (mid) afk because she didn't get blue. The jungler smited blue because he was gonna get counter jungle for it. One of the worst solo Q i have ever personally witnessed is KR, china comes in 2nd to it.
***** I don't think the Mejais is that significant. I often play support Lux and if doing well normally have no problem deleting squish at 30 min with or without Mejais.
+Jan Marc Macababayao All about positioning man when the enemy team is ahead lux becomes a sniper monster, she dosent even need to get in sight range to deal damage and what damage for the shield and long range skills she can stack a mejai very quickly, her ap starts to scale very fast for lvl 10 to above try to run to a lux even when she whitout her spells and if you dont kill her very fast she will 1 combo shot you
at 4.30-5 min, he saw ziggs coming for kha zix, again, but yet didn't ping or helped him. when I play lux (mid) I can easily kill ziggs, azir, veigar, or even yasuo if he's not already feed. using your ult to clean the lane when you have no mana and a teammate just got killed near you by your enemy laner is just not a good play
I don't like the fact that he's ulting alot to get farm. There were a lot of times where his ult could'v earned himself a kill, steal an objective, or helped n a teamfight.
Red team easily had that game, but what you saw there is a perfect example of being over confident and impatient. It caused them to get reckless and careless. Once Blue got 5 kills, Red started tilting and it was all over then.
Twitch is not fit to this kind of team. However, should not blame Faker because Lux is not really a cham that can carry such a squishy team. I think LeBlanc or Zed should make the different match result.
I play kha jg so watching his kha q spam on large targets with the little ones up cut down on the speed since he didn't have his isolate on, this most likely was his snowball down and fed
this is why solo q sucks, the purple team in 20 minutes of game was with victory in hand. at this point, they could set up a push. the organized one push and broke the 2 tower. then the idiots simply stoped and played randomly. so stupid. dota teachs

A better combo is to use your q, then e, then your ult
+Ivan Wu yeha!
q e and r
and if you manage to get at least one auto before the ult there are very few cahmpions that will survive
+Jorge Luiz Correia well it's actually Q+AA+E+Detonate E+Ult since you can get your full passive damage off of that too
+carlyw97ily I think he was too scared of a gank cos his team was crappy at the early so he didn't wanted to risk so much.
+😄😃😀😊☺😉😍A😍😉☺😊😀😃😄 I would say E+AA+Q+ULT to leave a really low time to flash or dodge.
right. he doesnt know much about lux. as much as you don't know every single champ out there. but being regarded as the widest champion pool player by the pros, i wonder how worthy you are to teach him.... just reminding, he won two world championships, bronzies, silvers, golds and this msg even applies to plat, diamond and challengers.
+Gou Li I liked to see his abilities, Great player...

lol really?
I just spam up my ults everywhere

Felt that everytime
NO REGRET
***** Terrible Lux mentality. lol
Kay Em He fucking carried a challenger game... you're one to talk...
from what i saw, early game he used his ult to much and that threw away his chance to ham out and go full combo in ziggs
i think he was kinda tied to wasting final spark on th minions, after ziggs got a kill on the first countergank he got a really good back timing and faker had to choose between put himself behind on farm and exp or stick around and lose side pressure.

Juss Jurisoo happy to help :)

lux is my favorite champion, she is op
Lol
I think so.
me too. i like her. :D
me too
he is ok with lux but he don't look like he know much about her!
I still dont know why they surrendered
*****
That's about the same thing or ALL champs. You miss one ability and if you're positioned wrong, you can kiss your butt goodbye.

All about positioning man

@18:30 blew up my mind
why ult minions?

Oh!! Haha, I see. I wasn't paying much attention to the gold. Thanks, I understand now!
Red team easily had that game, but what you saw there is a perfect example of being over confident and impatient. It caused them to get reckless and careless. Once Blue got 5 kills, Red started tilting and it was all over then.
he needs some ability power so that it will have massive damage up to 1000 or up
Twitch is not fit to this kind of team. However, should not blame Faker because Lux is not really a cham that can carry such a squishy team. I think LeBlanc or Zed should make the different match result.
Dang almost everyone has red trinket lol
I play kha jg so watching his kha q spam on large targets with the little ones up cut down on the speed since he didn't have his isolate on, this most likely was his snowball down and fed
10:10 why evaryone has a reveletor? :challangermechanics:
seem like Faker doesn't fit carry style play
1st auto 2nd auto 3rd and 4th
auto is equal to one kill
is that really faker?
Korean Challenger plays more Score Buffer Patty-Cake than NA Bronze-Gold.
Why are you not reporting your lane skt t1 faker☺
A dam shame.
Lux Mains rn: (like meh i guess) =_= kill me now
wow they brought it back
It can't be faker, really bad play
