Koi the q does hit before he ults. if you ult your target when your q is in mid-transition [for the lack of a better phrase], the time taken to complete your q-r combo is drastically decreased.
It really is the best way to play her ap assassin role, getting the first Q off should give you a good Idea of how much damage you can do. That's the way I see it.
You can one shot anyone 1v1 by starting with luden echo, morello, void staff, abyssal scepter or even rabadon with Diana since lvl 6 she deals so much damage.

Since if he went w/ Nashor's tooth, he would need to land a couple of Autos in for it to matter. But w/ Lichbane, he gets one powered auto so he can exit as soon as it didnt kill the target. Hit and run tactics. Since on solo queue, you can't truly trust your team if their boosted monkeys so you don't know if they have your back so you can't all in w/ Nashor. So instead, you hit and run w/ Lichbane and you live throughout the clashes. It's a general rule of Solo Queue, you have to take matters on your own godlike hands.
JKCDLT challenger games becomes repetitive and sometimes people doesnt use "their skills", sad to viewers but that is the riot system, not every skill player is in Challengear actually.

The thing that stands out for me here is that his team create opportunities for the diana kills and aren't complete potatoes.
He is using QR combo and not insta Ulti combo... Interesting..
