Finally!!! A doctor who not only promotes the health and weight loss benefits of a plant based diet but also compassion for all creatures and the environment. I’m forever making comments on videos to not forget about the suffering, death and violence to animals and devastation of our environment. It always seems like most people are only interested in their own health benefits and weight loss and nothing else. I’ve even heard people who have lost weight on PB who have actually said they didn’t care about the animals!!! And those who only consider the environment as well.. It’s all connected!!!!!!… thank you Dr Sabatino ❤❤❤ what a wonderful man you are. It is practically impossible to eat 2300mg (RDA is some countries) of sodium on a plant exclusive diet. 200mg daily is more than enough for the body to function well. For example, to eat 2300mg of sodium in one day on a real food plant diet, one would need to eat 2300 bananas or 115kg (253 pounds) of rolled oats or 57kg (125 pounds) of brown rice or 7kg (15 pounds) of broccholi. Aslo, the potassium to sodium ratio in real plant foods is between 20-50:1 and is refelected by the human body where there is 28 times more potassium than sodium, yet the rda is 2300mg each. It is obvious that the RDAs are misinformation and can only be achieved by eating processed foods , which is what the governemant, big food and big pharma exactly want to continue the disease model to ensure the vile profits of these industries.
I have cut out sugar, and salt and I’ve not lost any weight. I are only a simple salad for an entire year and lost no weight with only a little bit of either fresh squeezed lemon or vinegar only on my salads but I lost no weight! I did the anti inflammatory diet and still no weight lost and very bad inflammation. I’m at a loss at this point

People forget mention that what is really damaging health is a combination of fat and sugar,is what we have usually in processed treats.If you eat sugar with carbs no damage inflicted, the opposite.I put sugar to my smoothie and feel great,no problem.We need sugar for brain health and energy. About oil and sult I agree.And avocado I cant stand-I ffel sick
