Todo lo que explicaste en torno a el tronco del cuerpo y su rotación a la hora de pegarle a la bola es fantástico y no sé si lo he visto explicado en otros canales, me parece un factor clave que no lo tenía en cuenta desde ese punto. Thanks for all the helpfull content with your "easy" ideas ;) However, why exactly showing a tattoo here helps? Usually you are telling to show a direction where you will hit, like with your belly facing a corner for cross shots. But here the direction suggest to face down the line, and showing the tatoo suggest like we would like to hit side glass again, not straight.
The ”tattoo” is for you to keep the upper body rotation. And secondly, me (Riikka) and they way we teach to move is like with stick horse. 🐴 to move diagonally towards the ball (that is going away from you like the 1st part) you have to basically go with the hip or shoulder leading. If you are not fully turned to show the tattoo, for example only 180 degrees, you cannot ride to the ball, you cannot push sideways with the legs and you will lose the upper body rotation that brings the strength. The more you rotate your upperbody for any shot, overhead, walls, etc, the more strength you get. But in this case it’s also the movement.
