This video was really well made and informative. I know I'm a bit late, but I would like to add that the Tension reduction and Power increase for each level of Technical Combo is the following: Level 1: 25% tension reduction and 10% power increase Level 2: 75% tension reduction and 15% power increase Level 3: 75% tension reduction and 20% power increase You can easily test this out by using a shooting move that you know the tension of (I used Atomic Flare for my tests bc it costs 100 tension) and looking at the information in the Power List Display. It tells you how much of the shot's power was due to Technical Combo and how much was due to Bond Power. You can also look at the Breach AT, which is the extra power that you would get if the shot was a breach. It is calculated by measuring your percentage of the tension bar (so if you're at 200 Tension, it is 2/3 or 66.7%) and multiplying that by the keeper's max KP; so we can calculate how much tension we spend by using the shooting move. Arudakku actually talked about this in this video ruclips.net/video/jjNj0mpNWWE/видео.html , where he took advantage of the 75% discount from Technical Combo and the 25% discount from Mount Fuji to fire off a long shot for free, at about 1:30.
I forgot to mention that the Bond Power and Technical Combo numbers from Power List Display can only be trusted if you take only one shot (so no chains). Because the game doesn't actually remember the amount of power that was added to to each mechanic, so instead it divides the total power of the chain by (1 + TC + Bond Power) to get the amount that it thinks is the "original power" and then distributes the power to each mechanic using the percentages. So, for example, if TC was at level 3 and Bond Power was at 30%, the game would just take the total power of the chain, divide it by (1 + 20% + 30%) = 1.5 and then, out of those 1.5, it would give 0.2 to the TC and 0.3 to Bond Power. It's too overly complicated for something that ends up being wrong most of the time.

Thank you very much, this is very informative.
Also technical combo's will be much better in the full game once we have access to full 4+ hissatsu slots
Agreed
