Strange headcode, the only time I've ever seen that was on 34051 Winston Churchill, hauling Sir Winston Churchill's funeral train, when it left Waterloo in January 1965. That was in honour of his famous V for Victory sign during WW2.
The headcode is actually for a breakdown train *SW Division (I think) but very fittingly used for the Winston Churchill funeral train of 1965...as well as the victorious return of 35028,

From what I heard in this situation it was more of an in joke, this disc code really meaning 'Breakdown Train'!
