Hi Nancy. I'm watching from Northern British Columbia, Canada. I love your podcast. I'm about 2 hours from the nearest Yarn Store. During Covid I was able to take some classes via Zoom. You might want to look into that. They are recorded and then you can go back and watch up to 14 days afterwards. I'm currently working on a Dickie for my mom who is 90 and still walking daily outside I'm making it in a gorgeous soft pink colour using mystery yarn I found in my stash! Keep on doing what you are doing, Love the Podcast and say Hi to Robin. Diane
Hi Nancy, I am enjoying your videos from Melbourne Australia, currently knitting Westwind top for my granddaughter. I enjoy your tips for developing our knitters' skills and encouragement to try new things ❤
Love your podcast Nancy! I live even farther than Australia! New Zealand at the bottom of the North Island. On a rural property I would love it if you did do online classes. I am knitting on socks and doing a charity baby blanket at the moment. Take care and have a good week
Hi Nancy and team, I'm sitting here in Sydney, Australia knitting a Pressed Flowers Cowl. RUclips lured me to your channel last night and I've watched a handful of your videos already since then. Thank you for the inspirational pattern and yarn combinations and knitting tips!! I have some great local yarn stores here, which I'm very grateful for. They stock different yarns to each other in the main (e.g. one stocks Manos Fino and the other stocks Spincycle and has their own hand-dyed yarns) so I can usually buy some high-quality and beautiful yarns locally.
Right on about turtlenecks under your knits. I was told about j Crew tissue turtlenecks. They are great and come in a few colors. Also, the Knitting Place does video classes all the time. They are very nice and would probably share the technique. Dina at the Knitting Place podcast. I’d sign up for one of yours!!
Hi Nancy Thankyou for a great show . As always very informative and great idea ! I’m mostly a crocheter but am learning to knit . I also am from northern NSW Australia and would love you doing some tutorials especially in different knitting techniques, like the Kitchener stitch.etc . I l
You can use Zoom (free downloaded app/program) to teach line online classes. Then record them while teaching and send the link to anyone who buys the class or series of classes. I have done 4 or 5 of these from various yarn shops in California and Cocoknits too. Easy to do and not at all complicated. I am making Andrea Mowry's Traveler Hoodie and Tin Can Knits Love Note (super easy and fast knit). Happy Thanksgiving!
thank you for the pattern ideas...was looking for a worsted weight hat for gifts! Great ideas. And I love the Leni hat...wish I could come in person but I will look to make one post holidays. All the best! PS - Stephen West has great tutorials for different projects - it is worth a look to get ideas of how you could tape your own lessons. And I am finishing the Stephen West MKAL '24 shawl (4 me), a Tin Can Knits Flax DK sweater (gift) and a second Coffee Run Collar (4 me). Then gift knitting!
thank you. We do have a few video tutorials on our website. See the ones we have here: blacksheepknitting.com/products/Video-Tutorials-c165132197. Hope to be doing more soon!

What is the sweater she has on? I love it,too, and didn't hear her say what it is.
wish Giovan's workshop were online. Would love to take them from here in Illinois
The Cinnamon and Bourbon may have been about the pattern rather than a beverage.
Definitely gift knitting season. Thank you for the pattern ideas.

Worried about imported yarns having a tariff applied to them. And how much that will cost us.
Can you provide the name and a link to the pattern you’re wearing, please?
What is your theme music?
I use a variety of music, but the one on the most current videos is Apple's Watercolor.
