Here’s the reality - men will 🔩 the family dog. That’s why you hear stories from conventionally unattractive women about how they’re getting action all the time. A woman’s attractiveness only matters when he’s trying to get validation from OTHER MEN. If he knows that he doesn’t qualify for an attractive woman, he’ll try to put her down so it affects her self esteem and she’ll accept a man at his low level (when she can actually get a higher-level man). If he was just looking for a “smash and dash on the DL”, he wouldn’t care about how she looks, as long as he can get that 🐱 easy and with little to no effort.

I unfollowed a huge male streamer (millions of subscribers) because he kept doing this even with gaming female character. And so did his chat. I looked at him and kept thinking “how do you even have the audacity to judge these beautiful women looking like this?” The craziest part was one day he went on a rant about how women would fake hype their friends in their comments by calling them beautiful when in reality they were ugly. He was genuinely convinced we were all being fake when complimenting each other. Then this type of guy turns around and whines about male mental health and how men have no real friends. I have no empathy left

Men being toxic online has rly transitioned to them being ruthless in-person. Recently, I was involved in a car accident. I was merging and the guy didn’t want me in front, so he accelerated and sped just for me to not merge, however I had already merged, so what did he do? He literally hit the side of my car and tried to get me into an accident. When we pulled over, I noticed only MEN coming to help HIM. Mind you, he’s the one that hit me and tried flipping my car with my dogs inside. There were about 6 men that just talked to him and asked if he was ok, but totally ignored me and kept making rude expressions towards me. Also one of them said, “f**king women”. I made sure my car was locked the entire time and when they left, I just started bawling. I couldn’t believe he hit me and tried to get me into a bigger accident. However, only the men went to him and asked if he was fine, when his car had no scratches or anything. My poor car was left with a big bump on the side, tire marks, scratches, and his truck’s paint to forever remind me of this incident. Then, when I told my bf’s male friends about this, they didn’t believe me and got all weird with me. I’m honestly scared to drive now because it’s mostly men road raging and then blaming everyone else and murmuring “women” under their breaths

Regarding the men with their road rage and not viewing us as equal on the road, it reminded me of something similar. I used to watch car videos but had to stop since the comments were so bad. There was so much sexism. One guy flipped out since he cut in front of me in the drive-through even though it was my turn. I honked, and he yelled "It was my turn dumbass" out his window. I didn't know what to expect next. It's truly scary being a woman in this world. Please know we're all here for you on this channel! ❤️
You are totally right. That's the reality we live in and I've been experiencing lots of male aggression recently including verbal and threats of physical.
Probably the only man who could care about you would have to be one who's immediately related like your father, husband, Boyfriend. Because men are territorial they won't defend you because they want to protect you or thats the right thing to do. They only defend if they see you as their property and their property being in danger of being damaged/stolen. Etc. Keep that in mind.
I've been noticing this men brotherhood a lot lately. You just gave me another more extreme example. They help each other out even if they don't know each other wow, and infuriates me that among women this doesn't exist usually, even if they're close friends, on the contrary there's a lot of envy, betrayal etc. I don't have friends, and I continue being betrayed with the ones I try a friendship with.
The only thing I can do atm to help other women is to seek and help other women businesses, like going to only female medical doctors, psychologists, etc also because they're usually better than the men who provide the same services
It is a bit intimidating, first crash I got into was because a man was aggressively tailgating me at night a couple weeks after I passed my test. I sped up out of fear but was going too fast for the road and my ability at the time and sailed over a junction into a lamppost. He drove off but another nice man stopped and stayed with me a while to make sure I wasn’t in shock. My fault, absolutely. But would it have happened if I wasn’t being tailgated? No. Obviously I slow to a crawl now if someone does the same thing and they can have the risk of overtaking me. Lesson learned. Also think many men don’t realise how intimidating they are and the general apprehension we have to have around them, some do (and some enjoy it) but most decent guys don’t appreciate it because they know they personally would never do anything to harm a woman.

Not even close. I'm slightly above average and I wouldn't give him a second glance and I do date people that match me in attractiveness. Something I've noticed is that every guy who has ever called me ugly or made negative comments about my appearance has been extremely unattractive. I have a daughter who is gorgeous, gorgeous, she is the most beautiful little girl I have ever seen, little boys often tell her she's ugly and I told her she is so beautiful and that's exactly why these little boys call her ugly because they know she is beautiful and she would never be interested in them and so they lash out at her and call her ugly because they feel bad about themselves and they think putting her down will make them feel better but it doesn't...it gives them a temporary feeling of superiority but the next time they see a mirror they feel bad again.

Average is actually sexy and attractive of matched w a pleasant character. It's way more chill and less pressure than a gorgeous and potentially mean partner. Even a gorgeous person who is kind can make people nervous and keep their distance, be on guard etc. It's sad that many people are missing out on a cosy lifetime partnership chasing dreams. Rating people on physical appearance has become so commonplace now, it’s disgusting. Watch any street interview/rating video and the women will almost always rate themselves 5-7, and if they DARE to rate above a 7, the men will rip them to shreds in the comments for “not being humble.” And the best part? The men will rate the women around 7 (usually below) and themselves much higher. Imagine rating a gorgeous women a 7 max, and then rating yourself an 8.5?! 😂

Men are so insecure (not all men obvs) but I think they’re jealous of women. We live in an age where at least in the US there are more women and college than men and much more women choosing a career over their bf or their future children. We made a movement of girls supporting girls and we have made a lot of progress lately with support and lifting each other up. On the other hand, many men feel bitter and don’t have as great social connections with other men (ex. they’ll saying getting roasted is part of friendship, but they don’t actually get genuine support from friends and can’t be vulnerable), but they don’t want to be the one who starts being more accepting and supportive of their friends. Men also place a lot of value in relationships while many women are decentering from it recognizing there are many other valuable aspects of life. They feel like losers because they don’t have a gf (which is part of success to them), don’t have a support system, and have more competition in the workforce, etc. instead of bettering themselves or helping their friends they’d rather bring women down to their level because that’s easier

My one word of advice to men who are forever telling women that they'll die alone, with their cats and dogs: no. YOU are going to die alone in an old age home, abandoned by your family. Not single women. The reason I know this is from a nurse, who works in this field. Just avoid watching all those “dating”’podcasts all together, it’s poison for the brain. Dating a real man should feel organic and exciting, and when a guy constantly watches that kind of content, you can tell because he overthinks every little interaction & has to rely on dating podcasts for every bit of advice. Things on social media are often so much more polarized than in reality. An emotionally healthy man (& woman) wouldn’t waste time watching those trash podcasts.

outside of my family + coworkers (because i have to be around them), i do not interact with men. the only male friends i have are from my uni days and we have a casual long distance friendship where we catch up 1-2x a year. i am open to dating but i do not actively seek out men to talk to or go out with. i don't drink alcohol with men. i don't spend time with men unless we are in a co-ed group. i do not develop deep ""friendships"" with men because it is rarely just friendship to them. i surround myself with other positive women who are like my sisters. i'm focusing on myself, my hobbies, my health, fostering connections with likeminded women, etc. and that is why i am at peace. plus i'd rather spend time with my cat than deal with a man's bs like the one seen in this video!

this is especially prevalent in gym content, male influencers get nothing but praise even when they’re just flexing shirtless, the male commenters will be steady sucking his ****.
but let a gym girlie wear a cute outfit to the gym, do her makeup, turn around, dance, or take a selfie. they will attack her for having her phone out and invading other’s privacy, say she only goes to the gym for attention, say women “ask to be objectified”, and slut shame her to no end. it’s really sad.

The men that do this are jaded and bitter from past experiences. They feel inadequate and insecure/low self esteem, so they act like this to boost their ego and make the other party feel bad. It’s like a 7 year old that got butthurt calls their crush ugly because they’re afraid of being rejected.
I definitely would never take criticism from a guy who I’m not even attracted to either…I.e. that guy. I swear he and his other male co-stars were the kind of guys you ignored in school. I guess we’re lucky they didn’t become school shooters…and instead became this. We should definitely stray away from insecure, bitter and hateful men. They cause a lot of damage to communities all because they didn’t take past rejection well. They really harbor that hatred to this day.

what about women who physically cant cater to the beauty myth in a way that benefits them? women who are born with bad genetics and are predisposed to weight gain or bad skin? I respect the women that can use men's standards against them and get their needs and wants met through that but how many "ugly women" will be drowning in this, never able to "get that bag" or get out of punishment because of their appearance... Did I miss something somewhere in the video about how those women can succeed?
Exactly why I don't fully understand or support the point of this video. To cater to the beauty myth, you're still technically complying with the men who want to hold power over you. Not to mention, the consumerism aspect, of all the beauty products and surgeries being pushed. Beauty standards that coincide with this that always seem to be changing.
And like you said, the women who let's say with "less desirable" traits, who have no capital, who can't even cater to it if they wanted to, are left behind in all of it.
Some women might get the "bag", but what are they losing in return and what about other women?
Beauty or not everyone can get educated or get marketable skills that would be beneficial for them. They can have their own business. Beauty isn't the only value a woman has. And she has talked about how it is not about wearing certain types of clothes. It's about being in your femininity. And these kinds of men will exploit all types of women no matter what so it's better to decentralise men and centre yourself.

I’ve had men who have admitted that they liked me. When i nicely declined their offers and called them handsome in return, days later they would usually do the same thing. They would call me ugly and attack my features. Men neg women to get them down to their level.

I like how they say you enjoy your cats and your dogs like that's a bad thing. I'm always telling people I want two cats and two dogs. They are so loving and cute!
And we must point out, they begin with these behaviours even when they are very young boys.
I remember when I was 10 in fourth grade, there was this girl, let's call her "Ella", she was absolutely the cutest girl in our class, she was really pretty, but was bullied by this boy that was transferred to our school, and this boy managed to get other kids to bully her always insulting her appearance, calling her a "monster" and it didn't helped that she defended herself, she would attack them and beat them up, and the principal (a woman) always punished her for this.
But whenever she tried to accuse them, the adults were always like "Just ignore them".
And one day, as she was getting ready to go back home with us, Ella was on her locker getting her stuff ready, minding her own business when one of the boys came to her and made an explicitly sexual comment to her. We just saw the shocked and puzzled expression on her face before she closed the locker and came to us as the boyy walked away laughing.
We asked her what happened and she told us. We told her to accuse him to the teacher, she refused... It took a while to convince her to do so, then we went to our (male) teacher, and since he didn't know how to manage such a situation (we were all 10 years old kids, including the boy), they went to the principal and told her what happened, then she called this boy and asked why he did that comment to Ella, he replied that they were talking with (the bully) about prostitutes and stuff, and then he went to Ella... The principal put him on detention by writing 100 times: "I must respect my female classmates".
This would be ok, but it got worse, the principal also put Ella on detention making her to write 100 times: "I must earn respect from men"
I remember the other girls and me being shocked at this, we didn't understood why Ella got punished when she did no wrong.
And there she is...
Still beautiful, quite talented and creative with wonderful ideas, but when a Guy gets close to her and tells her he likes her, she would look at him puzzled and say: "Why??"

I had the same problem but not because I was pretty. It was because I was quiet and wanted to be left tf alone to get through the day as fast as possible because I hated school. I was laughed at by my parents, and ignored by the school. I was told the same by everyone:"just ignore it". Well, the truth is, the more you ignore it the more they do it. So, as you can imagine, I've told quite a few to eff off and will continue to do so, if the situation calls for it.
