I have a 2003 E350 van w/5.4 engine, and I managed to get the manifold out without removing anything except the front passenger tire as well as the exhaust pipe. But thank you for the video.
Hi Hope You Are Well. Use a 1/4 flat washer use a wire welder make sure you grind the stud before you weld most people think why not weld a nut some how the welding process won't work welding inside nut good luck to you.

My 2007 4x4 is much worse 5 broken studs and the shock bracket is bigger and welded all around so taking it off is not an option.
Sorry to heard that.
We did remove the shock and bracket than installed back using grade 8 bolts
Great idea
Be nice to show how to weld the washer on and show getting out

ok super thanks
Not a good place to learn to weld.
Get some practice somewhere else first
Ok so you weld a washer, what’s the next step....does the washer magically pull out the stud all by itself??
you didnt explain anything but weld a washer on a bolt you better go back to the drawing board!!!!!!
