E g both parties has to give the proof of their education qualification..their job profile..their property if they have..their medical report spl regarding any sickness related to mental disorder or aids like dickness.. etc etc..these kind of details must be submitted at certain department of govt body... fraudster can be eliminated..plus medical issues..can also be eliminated.....dont you think it will be easier to deal with 50 percent issues .
