I lived in Chicago in the early 80's and Giordano's was my favorite deep dish. It was a small business, boy how it has grown over the years. Went to the Bally's location earlier this year. I remember it having the entire bottom filled with a huge sausage patty. I told the waitress and she said they make it that way if you order extra sausage. Next time!

Hey you hit the Boca Park location just down the street from me! Have not tried it yet but look forward to it. Just a bit further west on Charleston is Dom De Marcos. This place has a very good NY style pizza. And on happy hour the cheese NY style is a real bargain. Me and the wife hit them up often. Cheers and thanks for the video!
Nancy's Pizzeria chain in Raleigh has the best $40 deep dish, but @ $4.50 per topping? Your paying 60 bucks a pie out the door! The cheese pizza is actually what dreams are made of! Nina's pizza in New York State is as good, but if they would simply toss a handful of Robust Garlic, in deep dish sauce, nobody on the planet would eat any other pizza 🍕
We all can have different taste preferences. I have been to both, Giordanos, and Malnatis. Did not like malnatis crust, cheese, or sausage as much as Giordanos. The amount, and flavor of Giordanos pizza cheese, is out of this world! Giordanos cheese, is a special wisconsin blend, thats only made for them! No disrespect to you, or your opinion, fellow pizza Lover, have a great day.
