Very interesting; I think your idea to not use any language is a good idea because all the people can understand without audio ; good work friend from an italian designer 😉 😊

rpm's too fast and feed rate too slow, slow down the rpm's and increase feed rate for a piece as small as the one you had should be about 350 rpm's and 15 to 20 thousandth per revolution. you obviously have never done this for a living

Rpm is not too high for tungsten inserts but feedrate is too slow good feedrate that insert is 0,2-0,4mm/rew

Not sure if you did it for a living, but every carbide insert has specified cutting speed. At the end you can see that the last insert has Vc=80-160m/min. So assuming the part has 50mm diameter we can calculate rpms. Vc=pi*D*RPM/1000. For 50mm part it is at least 500rpm. If you would run this part 350rpms it would be out of specification for this insert. But I agree about the feed that it is too low. It is not specified at insert box - it might be because of low quality of insert. Most of the cases specified feed is on range like 0.1-0.4 mm/rev

And one important thing, smaller diameter the part is the greater RPMs should be used as cutting speed is decreasing. That's why big lathes have lower range of rpms comparing them to small ones

I really don't see anything in that video about HOW inserts work. What's more, are you saying that's the only insert you need. Go and explain that to all the pro shops that will have uses for the inserts you gave a thumbs down to.

Why you make this video, if you don't know nothing with feed& speeds. It' s not inserts fault if you don't use right speeds and feeds that wnmg inset will breaks very good ships, if you use correct feeds

Pointless without any verbal explanation on what, why and how, could you imagine if schools tried this form of teaching how little anyone would learn
